Went to the Sedalia Mo store to pick up a pair of shoes for my daughter. 5 people standing behind the register, no one would help me. Went down the road to another store, in and out in less than 5 minutes!
I have never once had a bad experience here. Every time the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I always end up with exactly what I needed and often times more than I need LoL. Always a pleasure!
Decided I needed a wide shoe and returned with no problem. Wish the stores carried some wide running shoes!
Very friendly customer service. Quick service, helpful, answered my questions about Nike shoe sizes.
Expensive , employees tend to hover around the customers near same age group, late teens. Harder to get help if not. Clean store , always looks great inside.
On 01-05-23 around lunch time I went into the Sedalia store looking for compression socks. I observed a female employee sitting at the front register looking at her cell phone. I walked around the store for quite sometime hoping she would ask me if I needed any help but she never looked up from her phone. The employee finally walked back to my location but she never asked me anything and was actually carrying a couple of shoe boxes. I had to approach her to ask about the socks. In a rude tone she said “we done have those here”. I won’t be back to this store, nor any other Hibbett location. I actually hope the employee receives training on interacting with customers.
Just wanna say Zach is awsome every time we come in he is Patient and willing to help with whatever we need just want to say thank you so much Zack and you are awesome!! I give you a five star!!!! We need more people like you!!!!
Poor Customer Service..My wife wanted to order a pair of walking shoes in wide. The Staff member was rude and just responded we dont carry anything in wide. Didnt offer to order what she wanted in the right size. And acted like they didnt want our business. We just ordered the shoes online and people wonder why retail is dieing out to online sales.
Warm welcoming with a smile as soon as you enter the store. Nice name brand clothing and shoes.
Always knowledgeable and friendly staff in store. I would give 5 stars if they had more selection of equipment and accessories.
