Whent to this store August 20th looking for walking shoes and nobody would help me and when I asked the young lady working there what would be a good walking shoe she replied with..oh I don't know I don't deal with that I was in shock I said ok then she proceeded to say go look down there you might find something on that end once again shocked and then a gentleman that was also a costumer proceeded to help me and show me a good walking shoe I was so shocked and the worst part is the store manager was standing beside her he never said anything and let that happen with a smile on his face I left the store very unhappy...I will never go there again...
There is a young man named Desmond who is a wonderful representative for your store but a young woman named Shae is NOT! She identifies as assistant store manager. She was so rude and hateful. The store had overcharged me on a prior purchase and she was so ridiculously rude! She made sure to make me feel small, wrong and scared! I will not return as long as she works there!
They were the rudest they didn’t help us with our shopping them we asked to get a certain size she just threw them on the counter and walked away so rude

Terrible service all 3 employees were on their phones and when asked to help they ignored me
Good looking store. Great selection. Friendly personnel. Even had one of them tell me something I was interested in getting would be going on sale the next week so could save me some money. They won't constantly bother you, but will allow you to browse and take your time.
Always the BEST customer service. Natalie was our sales floor person and she was awesome. Thank u for hiring good ppl.
