Great customer service! I came in picked up my daughters sneakers with ease! Smooth curbside pick up! The young lady at the counter was very pleasant.
I don’t know what it is with the customer service In the Atlanta area but it is terrible. I go in this particular store to purchase some shoes. I wasn’t greeted at the door, so I I let that pass, I waited over by the shoes for 12 minutes, I was never recognized nor was I asked if I needed help. At the 12th minute two females walk in and they were greeted along with can we help you. I left right after that but I had to let them know that their customer service is unacceptable and they definitely need more training on speaking and helping everyone in the customer service industry
Whenever I go to my local store in Ellenwood, Ga it’s always a friendly welcoming staff and environment. Love shopping there and can’t wait to return for this one really dope fit.
The sales associate was very attentive and knowledgeable of the store and products I needed for my daughter.
I ordered online and it showed in stock. Asked for the shoe in the size and they told me they didn’t have it, when I asked what they would have done with my online order it was expressed they would have cancelled. I asked a manager to triple check for me and they were able to find the right size.

Work on customer service. The store clerks were not enthusiastic and barely wanted to assist.
I went in to do some Father’s Day shopping 6/15/22. No one acknowledged us as we came in or asked to help us while we were in the store. I understand the younger generation socialize differently but customer service in retail needs to be tailored to customers. They just interacted and conversed with each other including using explicatives. I didn’t purchase. I would not shop at this location due to the lack of customer service..
