Just Don't !!! No amenities!! No scenery. Intrusive, unprofessional management. Lot rates are going fr 475. to 1000.... Don't bother. Next to Riley Trailer Park full of tweakers..... No!!!
Charge 2 pick up garbage once a week twice if ur lucky former owners came by 8/9a mon/fri told only put garbage only in dumpster u have 2 otherwise haul 2 junkyard but 1 review sez they hauled away a washer 4 tenant landscaping so poorly taken care of grass died everywhere been here 3.5 yrs pay rent etc. Including property tax if i pay property tax like im an owner why don't I have any rights and dictated yes dictated what i can/cant do pay1 month ahead 4 yrs now but told I can't work on my classic 65 impala maybe once/twice per month maybe 2 days that is why I bought a place 2 restore my car these r the only owners of who knows how many since I've been here technically its a car but its my hobby like fishing golf etc. so am I being discrimated against gud ? Ain't it had 2 pay $700 2 remove tree about 14" fron crashing thru my house tree was park property but no accountability not even offer 2 split cost been asking about power pole falling over over a yr now still not fixed yet botton line the owners raise cost non stop but do nothing 4 us
Here’s the “maintenance” man and the manager harassing one of the residents over my parked car. Customer service at its finest, they can’t even have guests. They were both extremely rude and didn’t even stop to consider Dave’s health issues. Do not live here unless you want to be treated like a child.
This place really went down the tube!! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!! They're very petty about things and won't do nothing about your issues!!!! That you have water problems,sewer problems and there are many violations in this park !!!As far as going to go up on lot rent twice in one year !!!We do not own the property !!!!!They are trying to charge property tax on top of LOT rent which is illegal in the state of Florida!!!!!! They are operating the park with no permits they are collecting rent.. Health Departmenet No permit also!!!! As far as charging us for water that's illegal also!!! We are paying lot rent and what are we paying a lot rent for?!!!We are getting nothing !!!!!This company is all about the money they do not care about the residence whatsoever!!!!! Also management will lie and tell you things that are not true.This place is a joke!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone live here!°
my grandparents have lived here for a few years, here is some stuff to take note of: managment has been harassing residents over minor violations things left outside, stuff unpainted, grass too long they no longer provide lawncare and will "fine" you for not maintaining your property, they charge you for "over using" the dumpster, septic is not properly installed for half the park and has been a problem for years, roads are 1 wide and traffic jams are common, stray cats are everywhere would not buy a home here if i were you
My Great aunt lives this place! She says its lively enough for her to feel free and not like she's in a nursing home. She really feels comfortable and at home here! She told me the manager Litza is a sweetheart and has helped her so much find her home!! Thank you Litza for helping my aunt and helping her feel at home your other residents must love you!!
I have to leave a review here too since the two communities are so close. My grandparents loved this one almost just as much as the other but they enjoy being closer to the pool : they are not ones to drive too much but nonetheless an amazing park!
Hibiscus Mobile home Park is a Great place to call home! Our manager Liza and her team help to keep us feeling safe and comfortable . Our neighbors are like family and we all look out for each other as well.
I love hibiscus! I been here several years and in all my years of being here I have never seen a more dedicated Manager Litza is amazing and you can tell she loves her job. I have seen a huge change just in 5 months of her being here. She is a blessing really, she always care for her people before herself like WOW
It is a shame. We have lived at hibiscus for a number of years and although the community has improved physically the over all morale has dropped significantly. The manager Donna and her office staff has contributed greatly to this Decline. There has been a lot of gossip, boldly talking badly about some really nice quiet residents here who aren't bothering anyone. The gossip is not true. It's like a bunch of high school kids getting together to single certain people out to pick on, it is very hurtful to spread untruthful rumors, to critize and blame others just because you can. This really needs to stop, Donna and her staff need to behave in a professional, mature manner. It was never like this here before, people were listened to in the past and shown respect but over the past two years this has gone out the window. Some residents have been treated very badly and that is a shame. If management would behave in a courteous, respectful friendly manner it would help the over morale here. Being condescending, critizing and slandering others is sad and very cruel! It has become very uncomfortable to live here we would move in a heart beat if it were feasible for us to do so. Right now it is not. Please Donna and staff stop being so cruel show some genuine kindness, understanding and professionalism and stop hurting others!
