I stumbled upon Hidden Gem Spa for a surprise girls' spa day. I was visiting my friend in Concord, NH and she booked us facials accidentally in Concord, MA. It was a blessing because I discovered my wedding-day make-up artist after experiencing my first-ever facial. I did a makeup trial before booking and since I do not wear a lot of makeup myself, I appreciated that Pallavi was great at listening to my concerns whilst showing my own natural style. I would highly recommend Pallavi for makeup. Her prices are amazing in comparison to other bridal makeup and she was punctual. She is super professional and she came with more artists than I originally booked and didn't charge me extra. 9 adults and 3 kids received wedding makeup in 4 hours. I was stunned she fit us all in and everyone looked gorgeous. It was a wonderful experience to share since most of us had never had our makeup professionally done before! I also used them for a facial the week of my wedding - super relaxing for a nice bridal week prep! Thank you all!

I have been coming to Hidden Gem Spa for  almost 1.5 years and I see Pallavi. I typically get a facial and my eyelashes refilled. Pallavi always pays extra care of my skin and always ask what would be the area of concentration/focus should be. She is very sweet, kind, and personable. My skin and lashes always feels great after seeing her.  The atmosphere of the spa is warm and inviting. Love the music that it is calming and makes me feel that I am ready to relax.

I have visited Hidden Gem Spa many times over the past two years. It is one of the most relaxing, calming, high quality spas I’ve ever been to. Carmen is absolutely amazing and really takes time to make sure you are always comfortable, relaxed, and happy with whichever service you’ve received. I’ve gone to this spa for haircuts, eyebrow waxing, and facials. The hot stone facial was my favorite so far, but they are all incredible and extremely calming and relaxing! The spa uses very high quality products and they always have calming music and an array of aromatherapy oils in the room and being used throughout your facial or massage. They are extremely professional, clean, and they take many precautions to ensure the safety of their clients during COVID. I recently went to Hidden Gem Spa for a haircut, and it was by far the best haircut I have ever gotten.  When I walked in there was soothing music, and I was taken into a little private room with just me and Lana, the hair stylist.  Lana was great and took over an hour to perfectly cut my hair, thin it, texture it, and blow dry it.  I asked for my hair to be less puffy, frizzy, and dry, and she successfully pulled that off and now my hair looks so much better! Lana was also super nice and interesting to talk to during my haircut.  For all the time and effort Lana put into my hair, the total came to only $45. I have recommended this place to others and will be back in the future.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I got a lash lift at Hidden Gem today. Carmen was amazing and I felt so comfortable! We chatted like besties and she did an amazing job. The place is super clean and I will absolutely be coming back for more services. Trying a facial next!!

Me and my husband got couples facial at Hidden Gem Spa last week and we both had an amazing experience. Carmen took very good care of my acne prone skin - she was patient and very professional. My husband mentioned that he had a very relaxing experience with facial from Pallavi. Very reasonable prices for a great service! Highly recommended!!
