Great RV Park for working around Midland! The Park is well lit, Clean, Quiet and overall the Owners/Managers do an excellent job of running this place. I appreciate how nice the maintenance keeps up the park. Facilities have 2 clean showers and a cabin with a Nice working Laundry Center. YES, 3 LAUNDRY Centers!!! Our neighbors are friendly and everyone is out here to work. We definitely recommend this RV Park. Thank You for taking pride in running a Great Park in the Permian Basin!
Only stay here because job pays for it. Not a nice place. Its basically a gravel parking lot with tons of deep potholes that get flooded when it rains. The showers in the bathouse are almost always in use. As are the washer and dryers. Plus the washers end ip making your clothing smell funny. Recently I've been seeing roaches in large numbers coming out of the sink drains. Don't spend you own money here. Lots better places around Midland and Statton for RV parks.
The place is trashy. Always problems with the laundry machines. They let the weeds grow knee deep before they do any thing. You can't receive mail. Many problems.
One of the best RV parks in West TX. Managed by highly professional people. Everyone makes you feel at home!
Its quite dusty sometimes But its pleasant and not to noise at all Lots of children so slow down when entering .
Wife was scared the whole time we were there, dog park weeds were 5 ft.
Needs lil bit of cleaning but good place
