I found the hideaway in the early evening after a really long hard day of traveling. I was worried that no one would answer when I called due to the time, but was pleasantly surprised when a person picked up. Kyle, the manager, met me at the entrance and helped guide me to my spot I have a large rig and am just learning to drive it and even helped me hook up. I could not be happier with my whole experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was comfortable and quiet and gets bonus points for making a woman traveling alone feel safe. Kyle is amazing, exactly the kind of person you want to encounter while traveling. I wish I weren’t leaving today as he is hosting a big BBQ for the entire campground that sounds like fun. It’s my understanding that the Hideaway has been going through some much needed improvements since Kyle has been manager, and there are more to come. I will definitely be back and for sure recommend to anyone traveling in the area.
We stayed here for the first few days of frontier days and it was a great experience! The new owner Kyle is a great guy and is working hard to get the place in great shape. Our spot was spacious, level and had full hookups. Our stay was affordable and easy to book. We came from MN and were a little skeptical because of past reviews, but it has turned around. I recommend staying here and will for sure be back!
Kyle is the new manager and has really cleaned the place up. He was very cool to me even though they didn't have vacant trailer for me to rent. If you have your own trailer, I highly recommend this place. If your here for events and have a trailer, I highly recommend it.
I wish I could rate this higher then 5 stars. This park is incredibly friendly and they care about all their guest. In the past month I have watched the new park management take pride in his work and has done an incredible job cleaning the park up to make it more inviting. They have speed limit signs to make sure guest drive safely as there are kids that live there and play. This is definitely becoming a family friendly park. And a inviting/ safe one to all the guest that come and stay for a short and long period of time
Stayed here a few days ago. Quiet neighborhood, Friendly service. Spot aren't squished together like other parks I've been in. Would recommend and will stay here again in the future!!
I've lived here off and on for a couple of years and Kyle has made all the difference in management. Always see him out getting things done around the park. Trying really hard to make it safe for all the kids to play and feel safe. Thanks Kyle for all you do!
Really friendly owner. Nice place to stop over in Cheyenne. Enjoyed my time spent here. Walking distance to the Outlaw if you're in town for live music is a bonus!
Kyle has been great to work with. Fast turn around time getting us into a bigger place in an emergency situation. And turning the park into a nice place for my kids to play and grow up!
Kyle, is great to deal with and has done wonders when it comes to making it a better place. Still allot to do but he is trying. Only reason for the 5 stars is him.
We had an amazing stay! Very hospitable! Kyle was there upon arrival. Neighbors were very nice! Park was clean easy to fine and maneuver. I’d highly recommend!
