They change their policy without notice and expect everyone under 25 to carry two ID at all times. They are really going down hill and if they say Dome had the same policy they should make sure they’re up to date. 10/10 would not recommend If I could put 0 stars I would. Also the manager was rude AF

Terrible VIP service. Bad communication with host from beginning to end. Bottle girl plural, listed off many names of people who should be taking care of us were nowhere to be found despite encouraging us to increase our tip above the required 20%, before we got our bottle. Quicker service at one of the many other side bars.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD ON A NIGHT OUT. I paid for a New Years Eve party that promised complementary snacks and an actual party that lasts from 9pm to 3am. Turns out not only was there no party, as no one showed up. THE NEW YEARS EVE PARTY ended at 11pm, citing covid as an an excuse. Whatever the reason was they should have posted that clearly on their eventbrite page where I bought the ticket. I was not even given the snacks I was promised. The service was absolutely unacceptable on top of all that. I emailed them for a refund as this was a case of false advertising but they don't even bother replying. I feel scammed and judging by the other reviews I do not think I am alone. If you wish to respect your money and your time, please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

My friend purchased bottle service on the condition that we would be given a proper table. The staff and security refused to let us move to a proper booth or table, despite spending a combined $600 on drinks. Completely unacceptable customer service. We will not be back.

Coat check is a nightmare. They would not give me my jacket back even when I was able to describe it in detail, point it out to them AND my ID was in the pocket which they could have used to prove it was mine. Tried telling them my keys were in my jacket pocket and they’re response was “not my job.” I then contacted management who told me to come in a week later when they reopen at 10pm to get my jacket. Not really sure why I couldn’t get my jacket back when I asked for it and had to go a whole week without a winter jacket, ID and keys. Doesn’t really make sense why you pay for coat check when apparently it’s “not their job” to give you your jacket back

The worst experience. Booked this place for a birthday, gave them a list of names. Took them 2 minutes per person to check them in. Was so stressful, and they were so disorganized.

Went here for a friend’s bachelorette party and had SO much fun! The venue was great, staff were fantastic, and the music was awesome. Loved it!

Waste of money, just go somewhere else. Almost put an amber alert out on our waitress because she was so hard to find. Took over a half hour to get inside with a reservation.

The staff was extremely unfriendly and over priced drinks. Do not go here!!! I witnessed them kick a guy out and ask for 20$ so he can get back in. That’s pathetic.

My friend spent like 300 dollars and didn’t even get a table. Not worth it at all! Go somewhere else.
