Called them an hour before they closed and asked them to do a delivery for my friend’s mom who just left the hospital with unexpected news. They made a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered within an hour. LOVE THIS PLACE. If I ever need flowers again in the area they will get all of my money! 5 stars!
I live in McMinnville Tn. I asked them to create a small, beautiful and inexpensive boutique for my sister. It was perfect and my sister loved the flowers. They even sent me pictures. Very satisfied.
Last week I ordered a bouquet for a friend. When I went in to pick it up I was disappointed with the arrangement. When I asked if there was anyway we could adjust it, the two ladiesespecially Landonwent above and beyond. Both of them were very professional, friendly and understanding. I highly recommend Hilldale Florist!
Hilldale florist is amazing! Their arrangements are always beautiful and the staff is helpful and kind. They even helped this mama out of a last minute mom-fail! I absolutely recommend them for all my flower arrangement needs! And I'll be going back soon to buy some of their adorable succulents!

I ordered a Christmas centerpiece from Hilldale Florist for a special friend who knows flowers. The conversation that I had with Erica at Hilldale Florist was pleasant. She thoughtfully took in all the information about how I only wanted tiny white roses and foliage with no garish bow. She asked my price range and I thought that today's prices, I would get something with a few roses and lots of greenery. When I picked up the arrangement, I was delighted to see an abundance of white flowers tastefully arranged with winter foliage. I Highly recommend Hilldale Florist and especially Erica for her customer service skills.
I can not say enough about them. The staff is always friendly, and provides excellent services for our flower needs. Erica is always smiling and eager to help. She always answers any question I may have with a smile, and gives 100%. We have used them for many occasions, and no matter what it was they gave us the same attention every time.
I usually get fresh flowers for the office every week .. and I can always count on Sara to make me a beautiful arrangement. She is so talented and a precious soul. Everyone in the office absolutely loves the floral arrangements. Thanks Sara! :
