From beginning to end Bob made a devastating situation, loosing our beloved, elegant mother a beautiful and memorable event. At every point throughout the funeral process there were subdued staff members at our service. The business aspect of the process was fair, efficient and completely transparent. The room was arranged tastefully with our family photos, seating, and floral arrangements. The video screen was well situated, so visitors could enjoy the presentation sitting in comfortable couches without imposing on the the central area with mom. Higgins is a comforting home for funerals of loved ones. The procession was organized impeccably with police support. Harry is a very professional driver should you choose a limo. This is our first event for our family with Higgins, and when the time comes, we will choose Higgins again.
Bob, Anthony and Ciro were all so helpful and kind. They guided us through a difficult time with compassion and patience. Bob answered all of our questions and was always there when we had a question. We really appreciate their help and kindness.
My father recently passed away and we worked with Higgins in Watchung for his arrangements.
