High Country Western Wear

We had the worst experience with this company. My husband wanted to get me a gift card for a specific pair of boots the ones the sales associate wrote on top of the card. The associate assured him they could be ordered, so my husband paid the price on the gift card to give to me. When I went in to redeem it and order the boots I was told they couldn’t do it and I must use the gift card only in stores. I talked to a manager who said she would write me a store check for the same amount if she could cancel the gift card. However, when I cashed the check the bank told me it had been canceled by the store. After talking to a different associate we were told too bad. So, I was out a gift card and a check. We basically donated $165 to the store. Very shady business and awful customer service.

Great staff they knew exactly what I was looking for. The prices are very reasonable. My jeans are very hard to find. I wear a 36 waist and a 36 inseam. They have them in stock.

I had a small leather discoloration. And these folks help me out immediately I found exactly what I needed and got me out in a timely manner. They do everything in there including hats. You will enjoy the shop

This place was amazing! I would definitely recommend. I have been saving up for months and after graduating high school, I was gifted just enough to buy a set of real boots, a hat, and belt. They had a great selection of what I was looking for and more. The costumer service was also better than great! All of the workers were friendly and helpful while I looked around and at check out. I'm definitely coming here again and recommending it to my friends!

This is a great local owned shop that carries so much more than other westernware stores. The folks who work there are amazing and always remember me! Great prices great place!

Just had an awesome time shopping here. Had the entire store offer to help me several times. This was great because I was in a hurry to get some clothes for a last minute trip to Nashville for a wedding. Carina, Julissa and Daisy went out of their way to really help me. Top notch customer service here. Great job, ladies!

So friendly, and totally get what I shop there for. Awesome selections of boots and bling, and regardless if you are a rockabilly kid or a rancher needing new work wear they will have what you need! I love browsing around here -the only issue is their prices are usually just a little more than I want to spend but cheap enough that I am left really desiring it.

Out of respect for the owners I won’t explain my experience because they know their own unfairness, but they aren’t very good to their employees. At all. I would go elsewhere. Not worth it.

I stopped in while I was in Denver for work. All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They spent a good half hour trying to find me a felt cowboy hat that fit me correctly. Even though they didn't have the size and color I wanted they did everything they could to help me out. I'd highly recommend this place as they have all thing's western here.
