High Fidelity Records & CDs

I get to fly out to LA every two months for business, and I try to hit record stores. This store instantly became one of my favorite spots in LA. Store manager or the owner is very approachable and friendly. Records are very well taken care of and accurately graded. I always listen to records at listening stations and look at the surfaces and check the sounds of particular sections of possible issue. And, I find their grading is conservative, so you can consider one notch higher I.e. VG → VG+ at this shop. I also bought the High Fidelity t-shirt in the good ol’ thank you bag. It’s $15. Unbelievable deal.

Great prices, vinyl conditions are great. They have some sections for $1 dollar and staff is always helpful. They also let you play the records! Great selection.

Excellent store with a diverse and vast selection. Didn't realize we'd overstayed our welcome by like 15 mins, but the owner didn't rush us out and even put on a new record. Excited to keep coming back!

really fabulous - high quality records that are kept very clean, great selection! organized in an intuitive way, clear labels, and yet you will find plenty of surprising rare gems at solid prices. great selection of some niche electronic that I have not found elsewhere. owner is knowledgable and easygoing

Well priced selection of new and loads of used. Lots of bargain bins but other stock is priced to shift. Most genres covered.

decently priced and great selection

I was amazed with this spot and I only shopped the new arrivals section. Said I'd buy 1 or 2... let's just say I didn't stick to my budget and leave it at that. They have an album from every genre that matters for every price range. A hidden gem in west Adam's LA, CA. Have to see it for yourself. Tell them I say hi and not to let me spend that much money in there ever again! Oh and don't forget they of course have a turn table for you to test your finds to make sure they're what you want/need/love!

Great, simple, clean record store. Wide selection of rock and jazz, low prices that make sense and are consistent across the board. Clear electronic price tags on plastic sleeves clearly list vinyl grades which seem accurate, pressing year and country. Their brick and mortar and online presences seem well coordinated to keep track of inventory.
