My family comes here often, the staff are wonderful! Destiny Gillespie, and Audrey Wheeler were the cashiers for today they were awesome they got the long line down getting members in and helping the other customers with feeling out waviers! I would always recommend families to come here!
If you like customer service this is not the place to go. Where should I start? The smell when you walk in said alot after I walked around inside. The floor almost took my shoes off because it was so stick. The staff spend most of their time on the phone. I had to help the children get on the zip-line. There was only one person working watching the kids. Yes parents were watching but there were some things that they were doing that they should not have been doing. The staff spent majority of there time on their phones. I felt bad for the one young lady checking everyone in while everyone sat behind her on their phones. To be honest, I thought there was not a manager there. I was wrong. She came out the back like she had been sleep. I am not saying she was but that is what she looked like. Once we got into the party room. We almost had to ask repeatedly for the things that we needed for the party. We were met with attitudes. I guess because we had them doing there job. The employees except the one checking everyone in here were everything that you do not want in an employee. I was very disappointed. Wait, I almost forgot about the water on the floor. Instead of bringing a mop and a bucket. Someone decided to drag the mop to the room. Which caused a little boy to fall hard on the concrete floor. That right there would have been a lawsuit. No one even thought to put out a wet floor sign. I watched an employee eat stuff out of the snack machine then leave it. She did not clean up after herself, so what does that tell you. Oh my, I thought I was done. The bathroom. Only one stall had tissue and it was almost out. There was a bad smell coming from the boy's bathroom that was still there when we left an hour after I first noticed the smell. The only reason I did not give them 1 star because hate is a very strong word that I do not like to use. When this place first open under another name the staff was amazing. So disappointed for how corporate has allowed this place to turn into. I wish I would have gotten the name of the young lady who worked alone while others sat behind her on their phone. One actually got up when she saw me taking pictures. ONE guy was playing so much I did not realize he was part of the staff. DEFY there is still hope. You can come back from this review but better management is needed first. Until changes are made, I do not recommend this place. I forgot the pizza for the party was cold. Not warm cold. It was like the it had been sitting out for hours not minutes. It was cold.
Great experience. The customer service was especially great. Nyla assisted us and even helped us get signed up for a monthly plan to get a bang for our buck. She explained until we understood and was so patient! Both of my sons 6 & 2 had the best time! I enjoyed the comfy couches and how you could relax while watching the kids play! Of course we’ll be back. Giving 4 stars because one of the attractions was out of order but it wasn’t blocked off well enough. Kids could still access it and that can’t be safe. Other than that, everything was great!
Great place to have fun with kids and family. Comfortable seating upstairs for companions. 6 massage chairs with reasonable prices.
It was a good experience. Kids had fun. Staff was attentive to kids while playing. I enjoyed the upstairs “watching” area. You can see your kids and also charge your phone ect while getting a massage from the massage chairs. Very nice and even me mom got to have a little peace and relaxation
Incredibly fun, kid friendly and absolutely affordable. My kids had a blast and jumped for over 5 hours. I only give 3 stars because several jump features were closed, bathrooms were close to disgusting early in the day and without toilet paper and by 5pm beyond disgusting. In addition the staff is nearly dead. Unfriendly and clearly don’t want to be there. A little cleaning, and some positive attitude/engagement from staff and 5 stars and this would have been a 5 star review. Worth the money though
Lots of fun, but they don't tell you all of your package details. Therefore you miss out on some things you didn't know about. The staff was curtious and kind though. And that was a tremendous help for me.
Kids had fun jumping. Most of the vending machines were broken, it took half an hour to get checked in and the staff were rude. Disappointing to say the least. We miss the staff from the summer of 2022! You could tell they loved the kids and interacted with them. Everyone seemed miserable this last visit ‍
Defy is a pretty solid trampoline park. I’ve been going there for years, when it was called High Heaven, and it’s got everything a trampoline park needs. I’m not the biggest trampoline park fan, so I didn’t get as much enjoyment out of it compared to, let’s say the friends I was with, but I did have a good time. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys trampolines.
I booked my son’s 11th Birthday party here and the service was wonderful and staff were friendly and attentive. The kids had a great time and the parents had plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy watching all the fun!
