Only newest review here is from a few months ago, everything else is before covid. I spoke with a Lexi almost 4 weeks ago asking about taking on new clients. She said they were but there was a waiting list of up to 6 weeks, I called 4 weeks later to check the status but another lady, Darla, said that they are a one veterinary practice and they can't guarantee anything. I wish the first lady said that to me 4 weeks ago so I could have continued to look for another veterinarian after we moved to this area. Very unprofessional and full of excuses. Moral of the story is don't get any pets in the North Country!
I tried to call to see if they could see my sick cat this evening, and the call would not go through. I got a message saying the number has calling restrictions. Very disappointing, since most vets are not open in the evening. Now I have to wait until Monday, and hope my vet can see my cat that day.
The staff is really thorough, attentive, and caring. They took care of our needs in a timely manner. I am glad we switched to Happy Tails veterinarian. Thank you from the Savage furry family. Forever grateful that you are here for us.
They were very kind and understand about our cat , tryed their best to help . with his age an have a grouth on nick which maybe cancer tryed to help with a better lifetime. They have been bought out and changing name . the vet went beon an above fore us .
They need to update the phone number on the website so people can call for an emergency with their pet.
Will always work with you money wise and help animals in need. They’re great!
First time here. Very nice. Friendly staff
Best Animal hospital in the North Country. If you consider your pet a member of your family, bring them here.
Great place. Very caring. Reasonably priced.
Caring, efficient, and allowed same day service for cat that was in a fight
