Tammy is absolutely amazing I have used her units twice now and recommend friends and family. Very understanding, so sweet and patient. She helped me when I really truly needed the most I could get.  I will always use high plains storage with them : Thank you guys, You're awesome

If you expect to keep your belongings safe and dry, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY.  In the winter, remember to bring an ice pick to be able to enter your unit.  There is no snow removal and inadequate drainage on this property.  Many of our belongings have been damaged due to water from melting snow.  Also, we have been locked out of our unit multiple times for a "past due" bill when our account is actually current and there has been a bookkeeping error on their side.

High Plains Self Storage is incredible. The owner answers the phone any time I call and is always so sweet and helpful. I'm really impressed!

Great rates, very secure, and a convenient location.

Great service. 10/10 would rent here again.
