I have waited several years to buy furniture and Wendy was the Best gal to work with in helping me get the sizes I needed for smaller room, but her knowledge with colors, fabrics to suit my style were spot on. Prices are great and has real value furniture. Please support High Points local gals.
We try hard to buy goods from local furniture shops having lived in HP for 33 years. We asked for flexibility on a floor sample with scratches and we got so much push back. The owner, who was abrasive, said there is no guarantee even if new furniture was ordered. Then, why would someone order new? All sales are final even if new and with scratches. How horrible!?!?
This is a great store and the sales staff is nice and not pushy. They have some cool deals on Furniture Market samples. The furniture is reasonable and not overpriced I was very happy with my experience there.
The shop was rather small; it took less than ten minutes to browse the store. The in-house catalogs were clumsy and hard to use, mainly because most of the catalog furniture was not staged. They do however carry affordable pieces. They do not carry much modern faire, which is what we were looking for, but not a reason not to go. We found it unsettling that a large part of the store was dedicated to a Christian gift shop when they could just be showing more furniture. The brochure that was handed to us had a bible verse on it, not something I wanted to see while looking for sofas.
Ordered a 91 inch “custom” couch. Received an 87” couch with minor defects. After several weeks we received a 15% refund. Poor customer service and lack of care by the sale representative make it difficult to recommend.
Very nice people that work there especially Nova, not pausing low prices a great variety of merchandise. Love to shop there.
