Great prices on beds My son broke his box spring so we had to go out and buy a new bed for him. We don't have a lot of money. I dipped into High Point Furniture Outlet on 101 S Reilly Rd Fayetteville, NC 28314 because my parents and myself have gotten great prices on beds there before. They have a 50% off sale on beds. The bed I was looking at was about $50 more than I could afford and they brought the price down for me. I was also able to pick it up immediately no waiting for delivery or paying for delivery. They are so friendly there; I ended up leaving feeling like family. I have never been so pleased with a furniture purchase like this before. I highly recommend them. I will be buying from them again.

Bought furniture there when I moved and my sectional is falling apart it's 5 weeks and I keep being told in 2 weeks the repair man will call. I was told by Larry that the repairman had knee surgery and that's why it is taking so long. The stuff is coming out. It's not my problem.

My spouse and I stumbled upon this business because we were lost, but I figured why not, were buying furniture for our new home anyway. As we walk in we were greeted by a man who seemed to be frustrated and gave us a rushed rundown on bed sets. After I looked around I had a question in regards to a set in the back and the man replied in a rude manner "I told you whatever price is on the tag is what you pay"! I replied there was no tag sir and he still ran off at the mouth without investigating so we took our business elsewhere and purchased a set the same day from a competitor.

Poor poor customer service. Before you make a purchase be 100%sure it's what you want b.c even if you haven't picked up your merchandise yet, you still won't get your refund. The owner Larry said they don't typically give refunds. Which is actually against the law if not clearly stated in writing or posted in the store. He gave me a refund b.c I called the cops but even then they charged me 5% b.c I paid w/a MC. There's no real refund/exchange policy so it could change whenever the owner feels. The furniture is cheap like the prices. Take my advice and stay far away or you too may find yourself calling the cops.

Went in looking for a bed with posts an Tony T took time to get on the computer to find exactly what I wanted an did an excellent job competing with the price online at another company. Excellent customer service an I am ordering from Tony!

Larry was helpful and wonderful to work with. Looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress.
