We absolutely loved our time at high point park apartments. The maintenance team is amazing and they respond within that day or the following day regarding requests. We received our security deposit with little to no problem and overall management is extremely helpful. The complex is relatively quiet, they have a courtesy officer of the premises and its very clean. The parking is decent but not great. Overall I would w recommend this complex to friends and family.
I don't understand their renting process , saying they can't take people with a felony which was 20 years ago but then some of the people they rent to are questionable to say the least. Just be cautious renting here.
Our experience with High Point Apartments was nothing short of amazing. We found our 2 bedroom “wheelchair accessible” apartment in great condition, spacious, and extremely cozy. Janee, the apartment manger, is a true professional always willing to assist residents to ensure their home is comfortable, safe, and maintained as it should be. The maintenance crew went above and beyond to get repairs done quickly & skillfully while being personable and polite. Our family is so grateful to all the staff at High Point for making our time there truly the best!
I lived there for a while, and I don't really have any complaints, but I did get a few problems from my neighbor, and it was kinda annoying when the office closes at 2pm.
My roommate and I were very behind on our apartment hunt and we found an opening here very last minute, which is rare for August in a college town. Move-in was great, our apartment was absolutely spotless with fresh carpet as well. The environment is quiet most of the time, and neighbors are respectful. Janae in the front office has been professional and understanding of our needs. Maintenance is also nice and has even responded after business hours when our heat went out one afternoon during the winter. Though we don't have any kids, there are plenty of families around the complex. There's a playground on property with a paved trail circling it where people often walk their dogs. Because of that and it's proximity to the main entrance I think it makes the environment a bit safer for families like to hang outside. Management holds easter and halloween events too for kids which is kind of them. The only issues since we moved have been with the speed bumps, gates, and delivery confusions. If you drive anything lower than a standard car, you WILL scrape the ground. Drive veeeerry slowly. It's for the children's safety, but man the bumps will give your car a beating if you're not careful. The front gate is also broken pretty frequently, but usually gets fixed within a day or two. As far as delivery, I don't blame High Point for this but it's good to note. Packages themselves from Amazon or mail carriers don't get lost, but if you order food/grocery delivery, they will often deliver your stuff to the complex next-door.
Rented here for a little over a year. The maintenance is not reliable at all. Two weeks upon moving in both bathrooms toilets flooded. The maintenance guys claimed to fix it but it happened again two other times. They never actually fix anything EVER. Also, the management is unorganized and shows lack of communication. She was always “sorry” about everything that happened with the apartment including the plumbing. We were told we were going to move into a different unit in February 2021 but she “accidentally “ assigned us a handicap accessible unit. With that being said, we were told the next available unit would be ready in April 2021. We eventually told her nevermind because our lease was up in May. In addition, the rent is not worth paying. The website is false advertisement...there is nothing luxurious about it. There’s mold in the windows, the carpets are disgusting and there’s pretty much rust everywhere. Note: if you’re asking for a “larger” unit, its not actually larger...They made the living area smaller and provided more closet space..Wow.
I've lived here for not quite four years, and it was a great place to rent. The maintenance was top-notch, and the property management was ideal. Very few issues, and they were always resolved quickly. I moved here from out-of-state, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my months-ahead move-in date. I highly recommend High Point for anyone looking to rent in Conway.
This is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. Very Quite, clean, convenient to shopping stores. The apartments are very well taken care of. The mantanience guys, are very swift, and so kind when you call. The management staff are phenomenal, and they treat you like family instead of a tenant. They care about you, and do whatever it takes to keep you apart of the Trinity Development Family. I would recommend anyone to move there, ESPECIALLY if your looking for a nice, quiet, clean apartment. I would go over to the office after a long day of work and just sit and talk ,it would be so peaceful. And after I get a good conversation, I would get a good workout in at the gym. My children also enjoyed being there. Me and my son had the best stay at Highpoint. Me and my neighbors were like one little family over in our little corner. We looked out for each other, and became family, and even after I moved , and a couple of them moved we still keep in touch. They adopted me as their mom. Harleugh, Jane, Jordan, are angles from above. Whomever chose them to become management over Highpoint, new exactly what qualities to look for in a great leader.
I've lived here since February 2020 and my experience has been mostly pleasant. I love the little track around the playground where I can walk my dog. I love how affordable the rent is here vs. Little Rock and that there's a washer and dryer in every unit. I love how scenic conway is and that the complex is kinda nestled by the hills. I like it here.
Absolutely love the management and everyone else at Highpoint. They’ve always worked with us for the past 3 years moving from a smaller to larger apartment they’ve made everything possible to work with us. You all are the best! Any small or big problem they’re willing to fix it, our apartment had bad cigarette smoke odor since we are a non smoking couple maintenance was able to do everything possible to get rid of it.
