High Point Truck Stop Restaurant

I like this place. They have showers and laundry next door. The bacon is not greasy and grits are good. It's quiet. Not much parking and some spots belong to regulars. It is one of my preferred truck stops.

Used to be a Mom n Pop old school truck stop...I fueled up here about a year ago...now according to worker Dunkin Doughnuts bought the place and is calling the shots....FYI...they no longer accept any fleet cards. $10 overnight parking $6 showers

Great little truck stop that also has a nice diner right next door serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Standard breakfast Fair, sandwiches such as open-faced roast beef and turkey and Reubens and burgers, with dinner including liver and onions fried haddock, fried chicken, meatloaf, etc. As far as parking there is probably only enough room for about 15 trucks total and probably seven or eight of those are taken up by local drivers who park there. Great place to stop for lunch but if you want overnight parking you're going to have to get there early. This is on the main Street in Stephens City so there are houses all around you. Didn't see no idling signs anywhere.

Ok place to park. $10 parking fee, decent cafe next door. The reason for 1 star is NO INTERNET SIGNAL. I had to go somewhere else. Thanks for the dinner though at the diner.

Spent weekend here quiet good food at dinner next store

I just called to ask a price of a product and got the rudest response you could imagine. I cant look right now I have 6 customers in the store. In a very rude tone and proceeded to hang up the phone. My clerks have steady 5 10 people lines always around 10 people in our store on a slow day. I expect my cashiers to show the same courtesy to those who call. Just because they arent in front of you doesnt make them any less important. You answer and politely say I have to put you on hold real for a few minutes. It's that simple!!! 6 customers and you get frazzled it's best you stay at high point. Date is 12/29/21 10:20 am I think employee name was angie.

Pretty decent truck stop. For warning; Limited tractor trailer parking available behind the facility. If tractor-trailer is parking behind the facility you will be charged $10. Otherwise, the restaurant next door has good food and delivers quality customer service. If you park behind their facility you may or may not have to pay

This is an excellent hiding place to park. The store was small, but clean and stocked well enough. The bathrooms were older, but everything worked and was VERY CLEAN. The restaurant next door may not look the best on the inside, but the inside has been totally remodeled and the food was EXCELLENT! A very home town feel to the entire place. YES, it is $10 to park overnight but if you eat at the restaurant, or just buy something from the store, your covered. Their store prices were very reasonable. There are not a lot of spots, but it is definitely quiet there. I will be back!!!

This is a very small truck stop. Locals use it to park. Not very friendly. In residential neighborhood. Do not recommend stopping here if you don’t have too.

The water was hot and I got clean....but the shower was so small- that if I fell down, I would still be standing up! Seriously...that shower is so small- that if you drop the soap, you got to get out to pick it up!
