Lost my money in the machine. Called the number because the attendant acting slow. So i asked him what's the address this mf said he doesn't know. How tf you work somewhere and don't know the address so I can get some assistance. This is beyond my understanding WHERE IS THE ADDRESS IN THE BUILDING. WHEN YOU FIND IT LET ME KNOW.

I once posted a review of this place giving it 5 stars and mentioned it's friendly staff and having been able to leave my laundry for 30 mins while I ran to the store. This used to be the only laundromat that I ever used. Today my partner and I put our clothes in the washer and left to get my prescription and came straight back. When we got back, there was a handwritten sign on the door that said, "closed at 7:00." The owner came and let us in but was sure to give us an ear full. He told us, "We're changing our closing time because of people like you who leave your laundry and come back whenever you want." We've never left our laundry for more than 30 mins the washer runs for 30 mins on average because we are always in a rush when we come there. Needless to say, they've lost a customer today. I would NOT recommend coming here to do your laundry unless it is a last resort just due to the attitude of the owner. I honestly think he was about to throw our clothes away.

I really feel like all laundromats are getting to be too expensive. With that being said, I mainly use this particular location on Cleveland Ave. because of the locality and convenience. And I am almost always able to get the washers I need for my laundry loads. My clothes are always well washed. Now, the dryers is another matter. For 30 minutes, sometimes ALL of my clothes are not fully dry and I never have the dryer filled even halfway. Update: The owner has recently increased the prices. For the largest dryers, it is now 1.75 and 1.50 for the smallest. He doesn't seem too concerned with fixing some of his washing machines, though. Push come to shove, I'll probably be going to the brand-new laundromat on Summer from now on.

I enjoy the location being near my home. The only problem I have is the bathrooms not being open during operation hours. Don't like leaving my clothes to find one close by.

Clean..New Dryers...4x To 8x Washing Machines..A Few Machines Out Of Order But I Can Deal With That !!!! And Free WiFi... UPDATE: All Washing Machines Have Been Fixed...Prices For Washing Machines Are From $1.50 to $12.00. Dryers Are All $1.25 !! The Last Time I Was There, The Bathrooms Were Clean And Filled With Soap And Tissue Paper !!!

I've come here a few times over the years and back around 2014 it was a great place with brand new units and never saw an out of order unit. Come 2015-2016 I started to see more out of order units and stopped coming. I just went back today since Midtown Coin Laundry was very busy and figured I'd give the ol' "Box" another try. The small washer I used had an "out of order" with an error message on it when my wash was I assumed done it smelled, and felt pretty done, wasn't soapy. The dryer got my stuff taken care of easily in the default 30 minutes. Best of all I didn't see a single out of order sign on any dryers which was nice since the last time I came almost half the dryers were out of order. Over all the place felt more rundown than it had in the past. There was water all over the floor around the washer I was using but other than that nothing stuck out to much. This visit didn't sell me on coming back anymore unless it's earlier in the day and I don't have any other options. Update 5/18/2022 - I didn't see anything out of order and the place is looking to be in tip top shape. I also can't in the early afternoon on a Wednesday and other than two or three people the place was empty. It's certainty back to the way it was the first time I came here.

Good machines, attendant is friendly. She's always busy maintaining the floors and dryers to make sure they're clean and dryers working properly. Only reason I didn't give 5 is because of the interior decor. It's just a bunch of random things hung from the ceiling and make me feel claustrophobic and they're covered in dust.

Lost my wallet with money in it and when I went today to see if it was there the employee working said he found it and put it away for me!. All my money and cards were in there and I'm grateful for how honest and generous he was!. He keeps the place clean and the washers and dryers here work great & the prices are fair compared to other places!.
