I highly recommend them when I came in for my husband creamation they were very patient and considerate. Even listened to me vent about my husband. Very nice understanding people. Everything was very proficient and done in a timely manner. Even before the deadline they gave me. Thanks for helping me through this hard time in my life.
Zero stars if it was available Do NOT GO HERE on W. Trinity Lane in Nashville,TN. The experience my family received on the passing of our loved one was an experience I wouldn’t want ANY family to experience during the time of change. George was the most insensitive man I ever met. He was unprofessional, snarly and rude. He was uncaring throughout the entire process. My mother cried throughout this entire process from his unprofessionalism. He argues with his clients as well. He will not give a damn about your family it’s all about money exchange. And if anyone with the same experience about George Baker please come forth. Family is seeking corporate information if anyone is aware. Thank you Let me also state everyone else was truly a pleasure but to deal with him George left a horrible taste in our mouth.
Zero stars, this has been the most stressful time of my life. My mother passed in October. We went through this company to handle funeral services, as a referral from my aunt. The funeral itself was beautiful. They even donated the limo to us, because they knew my aunt. But the disrespect and disregard for me, my husband, and my brothers after the funeral, was over the top. They told my husband that he couldn't ride behind the limo. Even though me and my brothers were in the car with him. Literally told him to back up and move out of the way. Then, the limo and the hearse left without us to go to the burial site. They messed up my mother's death certificate, misspelled her name and mine, and took 2 months to get it amended. They didn't even tell me that I had to bring in the old ones to have them swapped out, until literally 2 days ago. I could've done that 2 months ago, when i told them it was wrong. I called literally every few days, for 2 months, to check to see if it was amended. SMH. I showed up here with my husband and Father in law today. Gave them the old ones and they sent someone to the heath department to swap them out. I'm literally sitting here waiting for him to get back, since it's down the street from here. I believe they are all about the money. Once they've been paid, they don't care. I'm so hurt and so disappointed. Never again...

Highland Hills Funeral Home is an establishment that is on the cusp of greatness. They exhibit a superlative sense of professionalism, empathy, and staff that is emotionally transparent in the high quality of services they offer. Their Managing Partner George Baker Jr. is the best in the funeral industry and the catalyst to propel this establishment to be a model for other funeral homes of this caliber to pattern their business practices after. He is certainly a tour-de-force. Job well done! The future is bright for this establishment with George Baker Jr. at the helm.
Wow, is all I can say. I still can't believe I'm writing a review for a Funeral Home. I'm having trouble processing that my son n law has passed. These folks make you feel like family. They know what you are going through and want to help. I'm crying now as I write this review. It's not been easy accepting our loss, but Thank you everyone at Highland Hills! Your professionalism and genuine kindness is greatly appreciated.
