Guys are nice, that's why I gave 1 star. These carriers lose and misdeliver mail regularly. They also have never been able to find my package when I show up. Each time, the staff is confused and has lost the package. Once they insisted the package was not in the post office even though it was under their nose. Today, I had to find it for them. They had the package right at the front desk. I have never seen a post office, so confused about where their own packages are and what addresses they served. Please please please do better.
I mailed a pkg from this post office and it still has not been delivered. I went to the post office for assistance and all they could tell me was that it was scanned and left their facility. They said they qere having issues with their computers to assist me further, how convenient that they were having pc issues. They just told me to wait or go online to track the pkg as there were no other scans after it was picked up at the post office. The post office where the pkg was to be delivered has called me multiple times trying to assist me the best they can but they say the post office here where I shipped the pkg from should be the ones assisting me with tracking the pkg but they will not assist me. I feel that since it was insured it was not scanned and was conveniently lost.
This post office and everyone working in is straight trash ! They lost my ss id twice!! That is sensitive documents! My identity!! They can careless they are careless ! I asked to put my mail on hold then they tell me the mail carrier has my mail NOPE . In one month I had to fill out a hold paperwork 3 times !! Why is that ! When I go in wait in line the worker sid will let people cut infornt of you because he knows them. Excuse me but where is this fast pass. This whole place needs to be shut down or need new management and employees!!
I did a change of address request today and had to pay $1.10 which USPS took from my card. Then I received an email from USPS that states I must go in person to verify my identity. This really makes me mad.
This is horrible, our mailbox hasn't been vandalized and broken into for over two months. I've called numerous times to the post office and no one never answer the phone. Reported to our complex office and manager and they say contact the post office who never answer. The mailman See's this damage and has not reported it and gotten it fix. This is horrible service and we the people who stays 4610 Pecan Valley Dr apts just suffer. So unfair and unprofessional and no caring for the residents.
Had a first time pleasant visit. I was treated with respect and staff was very helpful.
12/17/2022. Just went in first thing in morning. Already a line. Employee as very nice to other customers but me. Maybe I am new there. Did seem that everyone knew each other. My gripe is that I should have recieved at the very least the minimum amount of courtesy. A simple "have a nice day" would suffice. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

The post office is garbage. Our neighborhood cluster boxes have been broken into multiple times. I get notifications from their informed delivery. This past Saturday they delivered some letters bank, credit card and a package. When I went to pick them up the next day they were gone. Letters and package. I reported it and they just responded that they completed their investigation and there is nothing they can do and are not responsible. They need a better way of securing the mail. All they are going to do is pass it on to the postal inspectors. A bunch of bull. We are working hard for what we have then you have some lazy people trying to steal from hard working people.
They never answer. I’ve called multiple times. My package was never delivered no one ever attempted to deliver it, I got an alert saying they couldn’t deliver to a gated community I live in a regular house with no gate.
