My family & I just moved here almost 2mo ago from Tennessee. The managers are really nice. They try to keep the place looking nice. We are enjoying living here in our RV. There is a quiet time rule from 10 until 8 am which is great. We feel pretty safe here. You have to pass a background check to get in here. If there is a problem the managers are on it. Everyone we have met in the park seems super nice. The rent is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place!.
Laundry room could use some upgrades but is clean & convenient. A few families live here. The children are well behaved quite & extremely respectful good citizens. Managers are very nice & helpful. Quite peaceful place. Beautiful rhododendrons & plants. Pretty old trees. Nice neighbors. Clean safe neighborhood. RV's & Mobile homes are kept up. Managers & neighbors help keep track of the place so you don't have to worry so much about your place if your not home. Easy in & out for visiting RV's. Higher than the worrisome flood zone. Managers are kind to the seniors Would recommend this place.
MAY 2017 The Landlords are awesome and they care about you and what you think. They don't icnore you when you need help!!!! They are very helpful when you need it!!! I would recommend any of my family to here and only here!!!! I have told all of my family if they move here this is the best place to live in this area. There is no crime or drama in this court and I fill so safe here!!!!!
Very shabby looking both the park and management. Very shady dealings with lack of education and or training. Fly by night managers, always changing. We had 3 changes in management in 3 months. There is no dignity in bad mouthing tenants. No degree of confidentiality. Harassing, bullying and spying on tenants. Such a disgrace to the Real Estate and Property Management business. I've watched them literally force elderly women onto the street, giving them no other allternative other than to abandon their homes, by making unreasonable demands of them.
Its ok the restroom are not always clean and have tissue's and the laundry area from the 70s and dont work most of the time. mostly older people so have to keep the volume down on your kids few older people look for stuff to yell at your kids for like sitting on a boulder are looking to close at the garden in front of the bathroom. But other wise good place to stay
I did like the layout and camp host seems friendly and knew what hes talking about if I do move there it would me great even more so I can get tge one where it seems its sectioned off by brush and such would be great

Nice little place for RVs and mobile homes. The current managers are super friendly and rates are reasonable. The grounds are well kept and it's always quiet.
