Horrible place maintenance stole my gun and my switch gaming console and do not want to return it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person not my enemy. They are rude thieves and unpredictable living circumstances roaches no park big garbage the parents and kids dive through. Just zero stars all around. DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!

The apartments used to be so luxurious and as time went along. The area around got worse and the apartments deteriorated. But are still good for the price. Neighbors are friendly as long as you aren't nosey. I enjoy living here

At first this place was a lil rocky but we got this new manager in and let me tell ya she has really put her foot down and have cleaned up the apartment as well as the other properties and i do enjoy the work the new manager has done .also the maintenance men here also do very hard worknew guys.

I work maintenance here at Highland Park. I know the reviews are almost all bad but if you check when they were posted, you'll notice that most, if not all, of the negative reviews are from over a year ago. We are trying to right the wrongs of the past and truly appreciate all of our tenants. We address maintenance issues in a timely manner and give all apartments a complete makeover as shown by the pics I have posted. I'm not calling the reviewers liars, because we did have issues in the past but it's been a new team here at Highland Parklast 6 months or so and we want you to come and take a look for yourself. Come see the manager in the office and maybe you'll call Highland Park your next home.

Been here 2 & 1/2 months..don't yet have a mail box. The pool is like a green lagoon with no attempt to get it working for the residents. Homeless people living in the parking lots and lodging in the emty apartment and no one does anything about it. Windows are broken out on several units and no attempt to replace them.the laundry room has been broken in to so many times by the homeless that it's only opened when manager is here....and good luck finding the manager because they are never here. Was promised a dish washer when moved in and the dish washer was the only reason I moved in.. now they say there not going to put one in at all. Half the time there's no hot water. The dumpsters are so over full that the entire property is covered with garbage.. Little drug bags are lying every were as is drug needles.. literally found two in kids play area. You can sit and watch the residents kids destroy and vandelize every thing from Windows,picnic tables, BBQ grills and no one attempts to stop them.cars are vandelized and broken in to homeless dig the trash out of the dumpsters in search of cans,clothes.copper wire...ect. Roaches are every where . This should be rated the worst complex in not only Phoenix, but the south west.

Was walking to check out apartments along 27th avenue. I came across this place on it had signs out showing this had availability. Followed the sidewalk down to office, first of all, had to ask where office was. A really nice guy pointed to it I'm not stupid either, poorly set up place. As I started to reach for for the door handle, click, someone inside locked the door. Very poor customer service for management. !! I stood there and decided to take some pictures of the property. First of all the property was dirty, the people living there were afraid or something. No one was outside except for the one young man. You will see they had no thought about handicapped persons getting into the one dirty laundry room.

Why this place has not been condemned is beyond me. Trash and needles everywhere, junkies and homeless living in the empty apartments that have no windows. Pool is green and has QT Styrofoam cups and trash floating in it. These apartments are technically for squatting. The place should be condemned.

I wish I could give a lower review. This place is so unsafe! You cannot raise a family here or even take care of yourself. Sewer water comes up from the floors after you flush,the stoves don’t work and shady environment. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

MS AND MY CHILDREN MIGHT BE MOVING THERE REALLY SOON. WERE CURRENTLY HOMELESS AND WE WERE APPROVED FOR HIGHLAND PARK AND WERE CURRENTLY WAITING ON MATIENANCE TO GET THE UNIT READY SO WE CAN MOVE IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND IM PRAYING THEY CAN GET MY UNIT READY THIS WEEK WE'VE HAD A ROUGH YEAR AND WE ARE READY TO HAVE SOMETHING TO CALL OUR HOME AGAIN. PLEASE MATIENANCE WERE READY LOL

They have bad a/c. My mom has to pay almost a thousand just for 1- bedroom. Their pool is green. Then maintenance job is bad. This place is bad.
