We have been proudly serving the Hillsboro community for 20+ years offering a variety of things such as: automatic carwashes, self-serve bays, carpet shampooers, vacuums, changers and vendors.
The Highlander Carwashes are locally owned and operated. The first car wash was purchased in 1994, in Lynchburg, OH.
In 1996, a new wash was built at 950 West Main Street in Hillsboro, OH. This was a 2 bay self serve with the only touch-less automatic in town at the time. Then the Collins Car Wash at 517 East Main Street was added to the group in 1997. It was upgraded at this time with new control boxes, digital timers and a new low pressure system with spot free water.
In 1998, land was purchased in Blanchester, OH and used to build a 2 and 1 there, just like the car wash in Hillsboro. The wash was then sold in 2003.
In 2004, the East Main wash got a complete rebuild with a modified Rainmaker. This is the only Rainmaker in the world that is widened to except dully trucks. The property next door was also added to allow more room for sweeping and detailing cars.
In 2011 the wash at 950 West Main was expanded, adding an additional automatic.
Thank you for visiting our page and we look forward to serving you in the future in one of our self serve bays or the automatic bays. Stop in and see us soon!
