Past 2 times I've been there it's extremely dirty, most of the washers are out of order and took me over 1.50 to dry a small load of clothes.
Good clean facility. The only issue I had; my visit coincided with a holiday weekend, the sign on the door stated no change was available, but the machines allow card use. However, the dryers would only allow one .25 use at a time. Meaning you only got about 7 minutes of drying per swipe, because of warm up & cool down time.
Best washing place in town. Prices are reasonable and attendants are nice. The only gross thing is the mold and mildew and leftover soaps and fabric softener that is not cleaned enough. Idk if they are ever cleaned. The compartments on the HE machines where the products go in is where the grossness is. Could do a better job in keeping that cleaned. Also no paper towels or anything for you as a customer to wipe up the machines before use.
As a neighbor to my birth place we have in & around Tahlequah several times sin e retirement. More since buying our RV. Means needing to do laundry and we have used this laundromat on all our visits. It's entirely adequate. With the pandemic there is no staff present and keeping the place clean sweeping the floor, etc. has suffered. My opinion is that they should be doing more. Meanwhile we have to laugh. There is a sign above the door saying to come in and try the new machines. The sign been since our first visit like 5 years ago. Oddity: all the washers are coin operated except for two heavy duty machines that require credit/debit card.
It's small and it cost a little more to do laundry here than down the road, but the machines are nicer and the dryers are newer. It's great as long as there's not a lot of people there at the same time.
Clean and safe at any time to do your laundry.
It was awful. I went there because the other laundry was packed. Very few of the washing machine was working. Nearly true of the dryers too. The dryers were more expensive and did not work well. I won't go back.
Very disappointed. Over half of the washers are out of order. And the ones working don't clean very well. I'm definitely going to have to find another location to wash clothes
I've gone here for years. They have an attendant Mon-Fri with drop off service and they actually clean the machines, floors, bathroom etc. There's only one other laundry mat in the area and its awful
Don't go there at night. Homeless people and thugs hangout in and around it and they will bother you.The coin machine never works and the bathroom is out of order alot.
