Smooth ride!!!!! Showed up 05:30 for 13:30 appointment. Called to check in by 06:20, I was given dock 13 right away. My bills and seal was ready in my trailer 35mins later. Rolled out by 07:50. Overnight parking available. Beautiful place.
Excellent experience was 20 min late and gave me a door right away. Was loaded and back on the road within an hour. Call the phone number to checkin. Once they are done loading they call you and paperwork and seal will be in the back of trailer. Close it up and hit the road easy peezy!

Prime Inc Driver: Appointment was at 1600. Showed up at 1430 & immediately docked. Plenty of room to turn around and plenty of space between docks. Unfortunately my light didn't turn red until 1730. We left at 2030.
I'm not sure if they allow for overnight sleep, though, but there is a parking, and they were quick to load
I showed up right at my appointment time, call the number on the sign, they gave me a door right away, slide your tandems and you’re loaded pretty quickly! These guys don’t mess around and very friendly. They let me do my 10hr break!! Awesome place!! I live when my job is easy!!
OMG! Pick up appointment is 3 pm, checked in at 10 am, and they started labeling the pallets at 7 pm! Horrible management. Product and pallets must be ready to ship BEFORE the appointment time!
They let me show up about 4 hours early to my appt, loaded me quickly considering I had two stops and multiple products, and the best part, they let me take my 10 hour break off to the side. When you pull in, call the number on the sign, they will give you a door, slide the tandems all the way back, and open the doors. Plenty of room to maneuver and do a U-turn. The lady on the phone was very friendly and answered all my questions. 11/10, would return again. The best part is they let me park there when I was done loading. In Boston, it's tough to find a place to park. But this shipper cares about drivers! They had two very clean port-o-potties, a trash can, and an actual working hand wash station. Love this place and I've only been once!
OOVER SEVEN HOURS, & IM STILL HERE!People at office are nice & apologetic, but every couple of hours kept telling me that missing product for my load should arrive any minute now. My appt was for 07:00, got door at 13:30 now it's 14:30 they're stoll loading.
I arrived early, you call the phone number to check in as you pulling in. They give you a door and load quickly. They place bills and seal in trl once finished. Im not sure about over parking i always picked up during the day. They do not have a guard shack.
