HIIT High Intensity Interval Training: Intervals of high and medium intensities of 75-85% effort with a short rest. This increases the demand for oxygen and maximizes calorie burn. Building lean muscle, increasing fat burn and making your cardiovascular system stronger are the main benefits of HIIT. Each class is different in order to induce "muscle confusion" so the body rebuilds stronger during each rest period and never becomes stagnant.
HIIT4FIT has been established to provide a workout for ANYONE, regardless of any physical issues they may have. We want to promote an encouraging, challenging environment that hosts a supportive membership community.
