We bought car insurance from Hilda Richey & paid cash to get the policy started. We then had a problem with our title on our car so we immediately cancelled our policy until we could straighten out that situation. Hilda advised us that the company would send us a refund check within 5 to 7 business days. Two weeks later we still had no refund. She then changed it to 10 to 15 business days. Again, 2 weeks go by, no refund. We visited her office & was told that it was sent out "yesterday" & will be in our hands in 2 to 3 days. Guess what? NO REFUND CHECK! We live paycheck to paycheck & $90 is a lot of money to us. We had to cash in a jar of pennies in order for us to get to work because the check still has not arrived. I will not & do not recommend this agency to anyone. We paid cash & immediately cancelled yet we had to wait! Shady business! If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would give her a negative 5 star rating! Buyer beware!!
