Horrible customer service. Horrible....and limited items. I felt rushed and made to feel like I was wrong for being selective, and CB, the sales associate stated that to me "you seem like you want something very specific", well yeah I do! The prices aren't listed in the catalog so she had to check in the computer each item and that takes time going back and forth which which is when I was told" well, I do have other things I need to do so you can continue to look". When I choose from what they had in stock, I wanted to see a preview before the final engraving, I was told they dont usually do previews and that was a favor to me. So they emailed me a picture of the computer screen, not a 3d preview I thought it was going to be. I'll take my chances and order from Czechoslovakia or wherever before I go back to them. Customer service is everything to me!

Whenever I need any clothing made, I come here and my girl, CB, hooks me up. I've had a few jerseys and a hoodie made. They turned out great. The staff in general is really friendly and helpful. They work really hard to get you what you want. They want to make sure you're happy. You can really feel that and I appreciate it. If I can help it, I won't go anywhere else. Edit: While the jerseys are still tip top, the letters completely pilled off of the hoodie. They tried to pill off of another shirt but I was able to fix it myself.

I spent many years ordering football and baseball uniforms and equipment for Melrose Park and Pop Warner and they were the best! Good wishes to a great family and great business.

They were the first & pioneer of making embroidering what is today in 100s of million $ industry and no one does it better the them ! Great at Custom orders to your design order & pleasing ! We had embroidering uniform and caps for our 16 inch softball teams since the 1970s !! Cindy , Debbie , Patti and Scottie have make the founder Bud , their dad so proud !
