Hi all. Read the reviews and prepared for the worst. But probably I'm either very lucky or it's because of the long weekend. But they started to load me on time, they loaded me quickly for 1:30. The appointed time was at 2 am, left at 3:30 am. Thanks for a great job on a holiday night

They need your trali temperature -10, but their load temperature is like 40 open pick up the load from here and after three day I’m going to deliver the load in Sacramento, California and their product showing 16 and my trailer report is good, but they still reject my load

Not a lot of room to work with. Arrived at 1am for appointment. Still waiting for an open dock 1hr later. Trucks parked on street so be careful pulling in.

It's also called FGF Brands. They only load out of one dock. All others have to wait. You will wait for hours to get loaded. If you book a load and you are on a tight schedule, go ahead and cancel your load. The driver checks in at the window. Do not go through the door with the door that reads driver check in. Keep walking and you will see the window. Again...Only one dock door. All others stage and wait. It's about 2 hours per truck. Pre-cool the trailer. They go by appointments but they run so far behind. Don't show up early because it's pointless.

Appt at 5pm showed up at bout 430. They have parking but it's 50/50 your get a spot. Good for maybe 8 trucks. Checked in, lady was friendly, parking was full they advised me to park at the love's few miles away. They only use one door, once I got into door was a fast load. Gave 3 stars cuz it took 9hrs to get that door.

Checked-in 12:30am for 4am pu appointment get door 8am, been loaded after 9am. Facility operate 24 hours, but they're SUUUPER SLOW, as turtle in slow motion

Checked in at 10:30am had a 2:30pm appointment got a door after 4pm bcuz I checked in every hour finally started loading me at 5:35pm. Dont b in a rush if you’re loading here.

Had a 1300 appt. Got there at 1230 and checked in and told to wait until they called for a door. A guy came to my truck an hr later and gave me door three which is the only door they load at. Twenty mins to load four pallets going to a whse in Portland,OR. I was hesitant to take this load based on all the negative reviews but it turned out really good. Or maybe I just got lucky cuz there were several trucks already there waiting. Based on this experience I would return for a load out. I believe it was a load of Starbucks products so it paid decent.

It took 9 hours to load us BUT they let you sleep in the staging area from the time you get here till they load the truck! They knock on the door nicely too. And they also let you sit in the yard till you are ready to leave after being loaded. After receiving your paperwork and they are nice when checking in and give the paperwork quickly… I just wonder why it takes 9 hours to get loaded and their was 7 trucks before us.
