Jamie, Glenda and Robert I name these individuals because they are the ones I and my siblings worked closer with were so kind, understanding, patient during the planning of our dear mother’s services. We were impressed with the professionalism they showed as well as the true heart of caring that was so evident to us all. During this time, Glenda assisted me and my husband in planning for when our time comes and she also helped me with the final resting place and internment of my late husband, whose ashes I held onto for over 7 years. He is now resting peacefully near family. We walked away after out planning was done feeling such peace knowing our children will not be burdened with such a heavy load when we depart this earth. Thank you Hillcrest staff for your attention to everything, even the last minute changes. You were all so caring during this very difficult time. We highly recommend allowing Hillcrest and it’s staff to assist when the reality of loss hits.
Both of my parents have been laid to rest here. The staff is wonderful. I took the stars off because EVERY time I come here to reflect, pray, and read scripture, there is a family who camps out, plays music, and on occasion have a beer. There was a time when a family brought an entire band and a PA system so a woman can sing. All I could do was stare in amazement! An atmosphere of a park. If you want to do that, Pioneer Park is about 2 miles away.
I do not have enough words to express how truly grateful my family and I are for the wonderful staff Lyssette Quintana, Sergio Vasquez, Jim Duval and Bianca. They made this process of laying our daddy Alex Adona to rest easier. From the first call to the last contact was amazing. So professional and accommodating to our many changes and questions. The service was so beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be contacting Hillcrest to plan out our prearrangement needs. Thank you so much Hillcrest!
It seems reviewing a cemetery is slightly off pudding for some but this truly is a memorial park at it's finest! Most of family is here and the experience although difficult was amazing! The staff are very compassionate and understanding. The grounds are breathtaking and always well taken care of! To make a long story short my grams passed away and wanted to be cremated but worried that I wouldn't have a place to go to 'visit' her so she opted for a small in wall plot next to a waterfall so it would be georgous and she successfully did just that. I do not feel odd or uncomfortable going here to just sit pray or cry!
Daniel Patrick is a man of Greatness and his Sincerity and Professionalism as a Director was Phenomenal and the Best I have Ever Seen! From the Beginning to the End of the process of Laying my Grandfather to Rest was a Level 10 from Daniel! My family truly believes that the Beautiful Service that we had was all because of Daniel’s Efforts!! A shout out to Silver as well for helping us with the Grave site arrangements! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to this fine team.
If I could give this place no stars I would just based off the customer service I have received. Patricia Maltos is an unprofessional and rude pre planning advisor. She involved herself in personal matters between my mother and I that caused a lot more issues than anything else. She also took it upon herself to show up to my mothers house unannounced after we had mentioned & started the process to cancel to basically remind my mother how terrible I am for canceling the contract. Not taking any responsibility for how she lacked respect towards me at all. When I had to be transferred to her sales manager Frank Sanchez, it seemed he would be a lot more helpful with helping me cancel my contract and getting my deposit of $1400 back. However that wasn’t the case with him either. He was very friendly at first, listened to my concerns and tried to correct the issue. He asked me to email him a letter from both my mother and I saying we wished to cancel and receive the money back with photo ID’s. That was done almost 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my money back or any type of update in regards to this. The sales people that I had to deal with here work more like scammers than anything. Very nice and quick to take your money but when you want to cancel they dismiss you and basically rob you. At this point I don’t know who else to speak with concerning this issue besides my bank. I would never do business here again.
Jamie Len and Shelly were amazing to work with when planning my husbands funeral. Jamie was a complete angel guiding me through the process. Thank you Jamie and Shelly for you kindness, compassion it will never go unnoticed
Good morning just wanted to thank you all at hillcrest funeral home ur kindness n understanding everything was explained properly. I wanted to thank Ms Athena for explaining all in detail in taking my calls since I live in Arizona, also Thank you Mr Robert Davis for ur speech at the gravesite. My daughter passed away tragically in October.. Daniel Patrick literally walked with me each step, he made sure everything that could be done was done for her.. During this time I needed that extra help and staff there was extremely helpful. I believe he assisted above and beyond for me and my family.. He didn’t pressure us in having services there when I explained she hated cemeteries as she would say “that’s where dead people live”. Thank you for getting my baby home as quickly as humanly possible.
I am so unhappy with this company. After my loved one passed I had to call multiple times & leave messages just to try and get the process started. No one would call me back! Finally after a week someone called. It took them over a month to finally do the Cremation. My loved one layed there that whole time. No one ever returned calls or emails. I even left multiple messages with the manager & have yet to hear from her. It was a very horrible experience during a sad time. I would never reccomend this company to anyone.
