Our Mission Statement
To glorify God in all we do by shepherding our residents, patients, customers and employees consistent with the ”Fruit of the Spirit“ — love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
We realize that your desire is to remain independent in your home for as long as possible. Many factors can impact your options to do so: declining health condition, loss of a primary care giver, family relocation, financial concerns, and a desire to never “burden” those you love. We understand the different emotional, mental, and physical stresses this decision process creates. Our caring staff members are available not only to meet your physical needs, but also to ease in the transition from home into our health facility. When you decide this transition is best for you, we will be there to walk with you every step of the way.
You will find our accommodations neat, clean, and spacious, providing activities, entertainment, dining plans, and private rooms as available. We meet your health needs with nursing services, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, medical equipment and pharmacy services as needed. We welcome your family and friends with open arms and encourage their visits.
Short Term Rehabilitation
The primary purpose of short-term rehabilitation is to help patients rehabilitate and recover from illness, injury, surgery, or disability. This program is designed to fit the treatment needs of anyone in the community, not just the elderly. We work with the patient€™s physician to establish a personalized plan of care that may include different types of therapy, pain management, or wound and incision care. We use state of the art equipment combined with the latest therapy and nursing treatments to achieve our goal; to get you home and back to your routine! This program is provided in a distinct unit within our facility. Patient rooms are comfortable and appealing with wireless internet access for patients and their guests.
Our Commitment
Whether a short term stay in our rehabilitation unit or a long term transition to the nursing facility, we commit to serving you or your loved ones in only the way an Image Healthcare Facility can; with “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control”.
