I could not have asked for a smoother experience. The staff was extremely helpful from preplanning to the day of services. They made a hard day much easier.
My mother was buried in May 2022 in the upright section. I have spent countless hours getting her grass to grow. Every time they mow the grass when they get to her grave it pulled the grass up and leaves bald spots. They should raise the mower blade up a bit so this doesn't happen. The last time they cut it it was done right and was pretty and green. But it's the ONLY time it's been like that. More compassion should be placed when someone passes and not be in a hurry and leaving a grave looking awful. I know it's just a job they wanna hurry and get done but it's a cemetery and people pay alot for things to be taken care of properly. I would cut my mothers grass myself and my brothers they are side by side. If they would just leave it alone I would mow it and weed eat their ploys.

During the most difficult time of my life, the staff at Hillcrest Memorial was so professional and courtesy. They made sure to walk me through the process step by step and give me time to make decisions without any pressure. They answered all my questions rather in person or on the phone. Definitely grateful for all they did.
