This is the “BEST” orthodontist we’ve had in Mobile. Dr. Salter is very caring and just nice! The staff is always professional and courteous. They remind you of scheduled appointments and try to work with your schedule. They always give nice gifts. Very positive attitudes and vibes. The office is always neat and clean. What more can I say?
Very very very satisfied with the whole staff and process from start to finish! They are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Salter goes above and beyond to be personable with her patients and keeping you informed. She even reached out to me personally the evening after I got my braces on to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr.Salter!
Wonderful team of professionals. Dr Salter is really good, she straightened out my teeth and it was a “fun” experience. The staff are friendly, they always remember your name and they worked appointments in around my crazy schedule.

A peaceful oasis of professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Roz and her entire staff are top-notch from the great welcome at the front desk, to the last mouthwash "spit" into the well-appointed sinks and brushing station, to the courteous reminders by text of the appointments you won't want to be late for. Everyone is wonderful. Pro-tip: come here if you think you may have gotten some bad advice from another orthodontist. She will tell it to you straight, and work very hard to make things right for you. Thank you everyone!
If you are searching for the most qualified and professionally skilled orthodontic practice - you have found it! Dr. Salter and her staff goes well beyond others with being compassionate and caring. Recently, I had an Orthodontic crisis on a day that her office was closed. I left a message and Dr. Salter called me back with a calming voice. She asked that I meet her at the office ASAP. The very unusual mis-hap on my behalf was fixed and I was leaving with happy tears!
Dr. Salter and her team were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Not only did she keep me updated throughout the process and was vigilant about my needs and my TMJ, I was able to get my braces off in nearly half the time expected.
Such a phenomenal, friendly staff. Dr.Salter was able to fix my retainer very quickly, and I have had no problems since. If you're looking for an orthodontist look no further! They are the best!
