We offer 589-units, both non-climate and climate controlled 60-76 degrees, as well as inside, locker and drive up style units, all of which are individually alarmed.Access is controlled by a digital and powered security gate as well a secured climate controlled building. For added security there is an on-site manager and the facility is monitored by 30+ security cameras.Our showroom offers a large selection of boxes, shipping and packing supplies.We are an authorized U-Haul dealer with trucks and trailers for rent.Our experienced and friendly staff is ready to help with your moving and storage needs. Had a great experience renting a UHaul from Hillsboro West Self Storage. They have multiple vehicles to choose from, lots of gear in the store that you can rent or buy. I called for a last minute truck, they were able to accommodate me, and reserve a vehicle on a holiday weekend to be ready for pick up in 10 minutes! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this place as it was clean, organized, great priced and had friendly employees!

We wanted to get some work done on the house Paint inside/outside, new carpet, new roof, new polyurea garage finish. Hillsboro West was convenient, clean, professional, secure and had the U-Haul trucks onsite. Austin manages the business. He is super personable. Logistical issues caused changes in our plans twice but Austin was flexible and accommodating. They have an intuitive and simple online system for messaging and payments. I have nothing but praise for Austin and the business.

I felt safe having my items stored at your location. It was always clean and Austin was always very helpful when I had any questions. I loved that my space rent never increased over the 6 years that I was renting from you, as well. I have and will continue to refer folks to your location for their storage needs.

This was my second time using this storage facility and I would recommend them. I always felt safe while onsite, building and carts were clean and organized.

Great customer service and big storage units for a good price.

Austin the manager is very helpful.  Had a short term storage need and he set us up quickly.  Really appreciate his communication when we had questions.  He responded via calls and email when we reached out.  We've used this place a couple of times over the last 6 or so years and am always impressed with the 5 star service.  Highly recommend their storage facility and use of U-haul trucks primarily because of our interactions with the staff there.

Aaron was very professional and super helpful! I rented a UHaul from Hillsboro West Self Storage and I was very impressed with how easy the entire process was compared to the service I received from a local UHaul facility. I would definitely recommend them if you need a quick truck rental. Thanks Aaron!

Nice folks that run this storage place there a little bit spendy after you special runs out but it’s clean and well maintained….  I wanted to update this review I rented from these folks for almost two years and I want to personally thank them for their kinda helpful service the entire time I had my personal belongings after a divorce… They always had a smile and a genuine how can help you all the staff but especially the manager just a good guy willing to do whatever it took to make that place better for his customer…. I wish them the best in there what seamed to be a family business not sure if the manager is the owner or not but he runs the place like it’s his own personal pride and joy…  again thanks for looking after my belongings for a couple years

This is one of the best storage place’s I’ve ever used the place was clean and tidy and the staff was always very friendly and helpful they were always very understanding and would work with us during a couple rough months we had multiple storage units over the course of 3 years the units were very clean and secure I will always comeback if I need storage again and they have awesome deals and fair prices I would absolutely recommend coming here for your storage needs in my opinion this is one of the best storage business in Hillsboro and is operated by true professionals Thank you for being fair a honest business

I have a storage unit here. Staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous.  I recently rented a car hauler trailer. One of the tires was a bit worn but serviceable. When I returned the trailer I pointed out the tire issue and was given a $20.00 credit for reporting the issue.  Hillsboro West Self Storage has fantastic customer service. Thanks HWSS Team!  Perry
