Bus drivers need to stop rigging the seats for the disabled and elderly so no one can sit in them. I see this everyday and I am disabled. It must be illegal. Bus 2131. Driver 2381. Date 5/9/22 Time: 7:30am

Yeah, be careful with these people they will straight up take your money and act like they don't know what's going on while they, and amscot, run you in circles. Both companies are trash.

09feb2021 bus driver ms.bell rte 33 helped me find my way. I am from out of town and she helped me navigate my way around town to get to my next destination I thank you very much ms bell you are a wonderful human being and a great friend

Loved HART!! They are still collect fares and BEST OF ALL, THEY ARE NOT LIMITING PASSENGERS LIKE PSTA DOES . The system is very frequent unlike PSTA. I wish HART can manage the whole Tampa Bay Hillsborough, Pinellas, Hernando, etc

This HART driver in vehicle number 22502 cut the McDonald's line on Busch Blvd went around cars in line to second order lane, as he is driving this HART vehicle watching a YouTube video 'This is why I can't have nice things' in his HART company car. This should not be allowed, it is very unsafe!

BEWARE OF HART! DANGEROUS! One of the station managers threatened a guy waiting for a bus. Her name is Jennifer and she threatened this older gentleman who had a bus pass and was waiting for a bus. She said she was going to make things up and lie to get him in trouble. I refuse to use a company who lies and threatens their customers.

I feel that bus drivers in tampa florida are the rudest bus drivers i have had to deal with. I am from new york city and the drivers there are no where as rude as the ones from tampa florida. I got on the bus at Hillsborough and Habana on march 17, 2021. At around 11:58 pm. I asked the bus driver why did it take a number 34 bus an hour and a half 1 1/2 to arrive to that stop. She responded by saying not my bus. I told her yes. Before i was able to tell her that i meant the 34 bus in general, without knowing whom i was, the lady bus driver picked up her hand and in a hand gesture basically told me that i did not know what i was talking about. I told her i meant to tell her that i was talking about the 34 bus. In a rude way she said that she did not know. This is not the first time i have seen a bus driver be very rude. They all need some customer service training.

Hart is alright however some routes like 33 closes at 9:15pm while others close late and i think we should have routes accessible till midnight and at least a few 24 hour ones. We want people to be home safe and getting to work on time as well

This is tough one simply due to the fact of the majority of the people that Hart caters to. For the most part the transportation is pretty efficient and reasonable, however the drivers need to to more proactive in ousting the 'nutjobs' that ride Hart on a daily basis. We don't ride on this system too often, however when we do it has been a nightmare due to the passengers. Usually very loud and obnoxious as well as very unsanitary. Drivers should be able to put these people on the sidewalk without hesitation and ban them from riding the system ever again. Yesterday we had someone yelling profanities in the back of the bus for the twenty minute ride. The driver heard everything but simply ignored it, as he acknowledged the issue when I asked him to get the woman off the bus so the minors on the bus little kids wouldn't be exposed to this crazy's personal struggle. He did nothing. The old man in the seat in front of us kept falling over in his seat onto the center aisle of the bus repeatedly, like he was on some type of narcotic. If that wasn't enough, the lady across from us was digging in her ear the entire ride and wiping her wax on the seat next to her for the next unsuspecting passenger to sit in. All this was in one ride. In previous trips, I have witnessed a woman urinating in her seat, fights, and people spitting on the bus. Like I said, we don't ride the Hart system too often, but inevitably something crazy and/or disgusting always happens with zero recourse. Needless to say, we will NEVER ride with Hart again.

Buses are always late for connections. Especially if you have to take multiple buses. Don't plan on them being dependable. The drivers will consistently leave stations late for no reason. The buses are every hour instead of every half hour which is not helpful at all.
