Hilltop Medical Transport

Inconsiderate, disturbant and vulgar Hilltop Transportation: The obnoxious Hilltop van entered our quiet private lane at 4:55 AM Sept 5th. The driver ping-ponged his way next to many tenants' homes and vehicles, and employed an extremely loud back-up siren which may be the same used by giant garbage trucks. The driver parked out front of our home, walked around near our garage and opened and slammed some van doors. Ten minutes later, after waiting beneath our bedroom windows with his lights on and motor running the customer from next door walked out and entered the van. The van slowly backed out, using reverse for the entire distance of the lane, with that screaming loud siren blaring the entire way. This van awakened so many people, and disturbed the peace for 100 more unfortunate souls in all four directions who live very close-by in this confined residential homestead. Next to us we have other lanes filled with people, immediately behind us, in front of us, and to the left and right of us! I called Hilltop on the 5th to report this outrageous incident. Instead of apologizing and committing to never disturbing the neighborhood again the Hilltop representative instead shouted the filthiest of loud obscenities and hung up. A vicious and juvenile stream of horrific language was spewed by this Hilltop person, who has been identified as the owner's son, and also happened to be that mindless driver who perpetrated all that nonsense earlier in the dark morning. Two days later on Sept 7th the van returned, again seeking their customer at 5AM, and again there was doors slamming and the siren was again deployed. This Hilltop outfit has poor judgment, is irresponsible, and pathetically unprofessional. The Hilltop owner should be very ashamed and embarrassed about his driver's conduct, while in the van and in the office. I wrote a certified letter to the owner of Hilltop. This little ride-providing company is actually some persons operating directly out of their residence, located in a family oriented neighborhood in Chula Vista. So besides disturbing us they evidently are an unfavorable presence in their own neighborhood too. The polite and informative letter was absolutely received by the owner. Yet he has not responded to it. So, he doesn't care about the harm his company does, nor about his problematic son's behavior. Therefore, the next steps will commence, beginning with this unpleasant and easily avoidable public revelation.

Drivers refused to answer calls. Tried to get a ride. Never use this transport again.

This company is very prompt with picking you up to take you to and from appointments. Every driver I have had is professional and friendly. I have used several transportation services and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HILLTOP, you will not go wrong with them.

Not only did the driver in truck N-555 10:30a-10:40a on 01/16/2020; Sorrento Valley on-ramp all the way to Sea World Drive cut over into my lane because I was passing him, but the driver followed me at 80mph zigging and zagging through traffic to try and stay close to me — totally unsafe and irresponsible ... use anyone other than them
