We stayed here for a local wedding and we were very happy with our stay. It was quick and easy to check in. The hotel smelled clean from the second we walked in. Our room was very spacious, we had the king size bed. It was clean, well stocked with towels and the showers were spotless! We like to sleep cold and we were able to control the air conditioning and it worked great! I love that they have a restaurant on site but there is also a red robin in the parking lot and also so much around! From our window we could see planes! Thanks for a great stay!
Room was clean & comfortable, the bed was excellent, the A/C worked great. Hotel staff was very friendly from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. Breakfast was very good. The Lobby was decorated for the holidays with attention to detail. Requested a 4:45 am shuttle to the airport and the driver was waiting for me when I arrived at the lobby a little early. Only negative was the TV did not work very well.
The quality of the rooms are inconsistent. Oddly, I seem to get a better room when I book through a discount website, than when I book through my corporate partnership. The showers can be nice, with dual heads - one that's handheld with an adjustable mount, or just the fixed head that doesn't quite work properly. Again, inconsistent. The climate control is among the worst. Units are against the exterior wall, below the window, so when the heat kicks on it blows fridged air for a while before the warm air. It's very loud when it comes on. The thermostat is across the room, which is good, but doesn't seem to have a tolerance beyond the temp it's set for, so it is constantly going on and off. Room service is only by request. I'm not someone who wants service every day, so that's fine. I just prefer the system of hanging the tag on the door that says "Not Today", to needing to request it. All that said, the rooms are nice. They have plenty of space, nice large TVs, comfortable beds, and sometimes a nice couch. Plenty of pillows and sheets. There's an indoor pool and hot tub, and good meals that are not included in the room rate. Despite the specific complaints above, I would recommend staying here. Just cross your fingers you get one of the nicer rooms.
This place because it was very close to Bethlehem like a 10 minute drive away and instead of staying in Bethlehem where the hotels are very expensive this seemed to be a suitable alternative. It also has a swimming pool and a hot tub. A small gym and a breakfast option. The rooms will well maintained and the hotel abided by our request for additional pillows. The pillows are not that great so always ask for a little more. The heating in the room was adequate. Another suggestion is to replace the flat screen TV remote control which did not seem to work properly in room 304. We spent a lot of time in the front lobby by the fireplace every morning eating the optional breakfast items. The lady handling the breakfast was friendly and courteous.
On 11/6, we ordered breakfast at 8:20. 40 minutes later the waiter finally came back and said it would be another 10 minutes for our food. We decided to leave. When we were leaving we heard her say, "don't start that order". What were they doing for 40 minutes? Very horrible experience. Traveling back home hungry. Avoid this restaurant. A lovely hotel with a smoke-free room that actually didn't smell of smoke. There were some interesting construction pencil markings in the shower and a hole in the shower wall where the shower head pipe flange was loose from the wall see picture. If you are looking for a comfy bed, clean room and a first person demonstration of Hilton bathroom construction techniques then this is the place for you!
This place doesn't meet Hilton standards. The hotel looks nice enough but the man who worked at the front desk both nights didn't greet us or really acknowledge us when we arrived. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. While I appreciate the eco-friendly effort of providing full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, not putting handsoap in a bathroom is not okay. The room was either hot or cold as the thermostat couldn't seem to regulate the temperature well. The swimming pool was cold so while my daughter went in it, she was shaking the whole time and it was too cold for the rest of us. We didn't get any drinks but the "bar" area in the lobby is strange. It looks like a makeshift bar you would use at your home during a party.
The room was exceptional. Plenty of coffee, towels, and toiletries. The front desk staff was extremely polite and attentive. We were with a wedding party and they went above and beyond to accommodate us all.Rooms: 5/5
I travel weekly for work and always choose a Hilton as a Diamond Member. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff was rude, inconsiderate and ignorant from beginning to end. The TV in my room did not work and they refused to rectify the situation and told me “sorry you’ll have to deal with it until tomorrow. Meanwhile I was only staying one night. I called and left a message for the hotel manager and never received a response. Poorly run hotel that is not kept up well. Avoid at all costs.
This is a POORLY ran establishment! I travel frequently for work I average 3-4 months a year on the road and I haven't ran into a hotel that has this many issues. Upon check-in I was notified their housekeeping would visit the room every four days even with Covid protocols most hotels are still every other day. I have now went 7 days without housekeeping visiting my room. I have made repeated requests at the front desk to get fresh towels / linens and I keep getting excuses as to why they haven't come to the room. I have been woken up frequently 6 of the seven nights with people screaming/ running up and down the halls at 2 and 3 in the morning for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. I have never written a poor review for a hotel, but I have already canceled my reservations at this hotel and will be taking my business elsewhere I suggest you do the same.
