I like this shoe store.  All the shoes are high end dress or orthopedic shoes. A few tennis shoes mixed in.  They always help me find the best dress shoes for teaching.  I can get about 1.5 years out of a dress shoe from them.  They also keep my records so I can find the same shoe next time.

Started coming to Beck's a few months ago and am continually impressed by the customer service and knowledge of their employees. Today we had Summer helping us and she is a patient gem, a big help. Will continue to come here and of course will recommend our family and friends do the same.

I love supporting a local brick-and-mortar, so I stopped in Beck's Shoes last weekend to see if I could find a new pair of running shoes. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jovani 100% the reason I am writing this review. Jovani was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely enthusiastic to help me find the right fit. I was impressed by the assistance I received and found it easy to trust Jovani and his recommendations. He recommended a shoe that I didn't initially request to try on, but it turned out to be a great fit. I plan on returning to find my next pair.

Stopped by looking for flip flops, they only had the slip on style of sandals. Poked around and took a gander at their selection- a lot of brand name material, seemed like they had a good spread. Didn't spend too long inside, but it was very clean and we'll kept, organized, and had lovely customer service. They'll be switching owners within a month or so, I'm curious as to how new management will affect the place. Might check back in a month or two to see if/how the place has changed and if they have flip flops.

I will be back! The customer service was amazing and Jovani was so helpful and friendly! I will definitely recommend Becks Shoes to friends and family.

We went to Beck's Shoes for quality shoes. After a couple times wearing $140 slippers the seams started to unravel. After a week wearing $280 boots I had an allergic reaction and had to be put on antibiotics. We will be shopping at another store that has a better return policy.  Thank you Markus. We still have to go pick up the slippers because there was no resolution. Initially, we were told we would have advocacy to see if it was a manufacturer defect. We are witnessing that times are changing for quality products and services and not all of these are Beck's responsibility, but it is important to have advocacy to let the manufacturer know the problem in circumstances like these. I reached out to the vegan boot company and let them know another brand had to recall boots for the same reasons. If you look at my account you will see we have purchased at least eight pairs of shoes recently. Again, if this is unresolved, we will be shopping at another store that can afford a better return policy.

I was very pleased with my experience here. Service was top notch and knowledge exceptional. At one point it was suggested to visit a competitor who has a much bigger selection. But the service they offer was far superior so I purchased here. I prefer a smaller store with more attentive staff. Becks will be my go to.

Great selection and not too many that you get overwhelmed.  Great service.  Great downtown location.  I think that covers it all.

Walked up to enter the store at 3:35 in the afternoon. The clerk slapped a sign on the door that said “out to lunch until 4:15” right in our face. Too bad. I’ll take my shoe-a-holic money somewhere else.

Great personal service!  A good selection of therapeutic shoes. That did not look like gramma shoes!!. Patrick was very attentive in helping me find what my difficult feet needed. Price's were reasonable for quality shoes. I will be back!
