Hirsch Family Dentistry

It was my sons first time with Dr. Hirsch and he was so relieved after he met her and had his apt. He’s 13 and was with the same dentist since he’s 2, until his original dentist retired. We tried another dentist in between and he was upset and not very comfortable. Well we’re good to go now! He’s happy and actually LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK! Also as a Parent I was really pleased! She takes the time to explain things and make sure you understand and are Comfortable! And The Office Ladies are AMAZING! Kind, Patient, and very Helpful! All Around Great Experience!

Ms. Hirsch is in it for the right reasons. I believe she truly cares about her patients. The facility is always clean. They helped with my son during my 1st visit because he wouldn't stay in the room with me. So I like that there kid friendly. Alot of people frown upon hyperactive children like mine but they didn't. Thank you for fixing my front tooth

I experienced a very traumatic experience at this dentist. I had a cavity to repair which i admit is in a difficult place backside of molar, but any professional should be able to either take care of or refer to someone if they can't. The dentist slipped with the drill while grinding the decay. She was putting a very large amount of pressure on the grinder and I could smell burning and a puff of smoke when it happened along with a very sharp pain. you could see she was straining and when it happened she was worried. afterwards she reluctantly told me she may have given me a toothache and that it may or may not go away and if it doesnt we'll have to do more work. she actually recommended removing the tooth removed if this occurs. also, during the procedure, When they went to put a blue packet in my mouth to bite on, which i discovered later was to form the repair to my bite, no explaining the nurse dropped it on accident and was slow to get a new one to the Dr, The dr. you could see was impatient with the nurse and it seemed urgent to get it. I found out later why- my bite has never been the same since. I had to go back for an "adjustment" which seemed to be a regular occurrence at this office and she argued with me about whether it was necessary and argued that it was fine and didn't need adjusting. when she finally addressed it she was passivly aggressive and very quickly ground away more tooth. I feel like my bite and the way I hold my jaw is now permanently not right. At least it is better than the first round. I also keep getting a bill for preventive care and when i checked with insurance it was because there was no diagnosis or history for peridontal treatment and preventive care! if they had diagnosed first, then treated me it would be covered. The dr. tried every way she could to calm me and make me feel like everything was ok and that this "sometimes happens". She claimed that the burning smell was normal and she smells it all day. I am a woodworker I know how to use a dremel and also how to grind any substance without burning it. you should not have to push as hard as she did and i know from experience other dentist do not do this. I feel I have to say something here because they just wanted to gloss over the incident and make me go away with no trouble.

Going to them for many years. Had the dad and now the daughter . Office staff very reliable and the rooms are very clean. All are friendly and professional.

Hygienist was so thorough and professional! Dr. Alison was kind and understanding. Would highly recommend them!

Dr. Allison Hirsch is an amazing dentist, she is very sweet friendly and knowledgeable. The office is high tech, very calm atmosphere. And Cecilia the hygienist is very gentle and it's such a pleasure getting my teeth cleaned, she is also very nice. I dont mind going to the dentist since I found Dr. Allison Hirsch ,cause I used to get alot of anxiety going to a dentist. Not no more. The entire staff is very friendly. Cecilia is very good and gentle and she is so very nice and friendly we get along great. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Allison and Dr. Dave are exceptional dentist. I have been going to Hirsch Family Dentistry since I was a kid and I've always been treated with kindness, care and respect. Excellent staff that makes you feel like family. I would recommend to anyone in the area to go here for any dental needs.

Dr. Allison is nothing short of AMAZING!! All of her staff are extremely friendly and welcoming as well. She was wonderful with my 5 year old son. I would definitely recommend her to anyone especially a parent.

Well today I decided to make an appointment at this dentist office looking online for a dentist in my new area and let me tell you the receptionist was extremely rude unprofessional ignorant no manners no home training I wouldn't refer this facility o a dog that's how rude they were

Clean and welcoming office. Very thorough care. The best staff I have experienced anywhere. Highly recommend
