A old guy who picked up my phone was so rude. He didn't try to listen to and understand what I wanted to talk about at all and he seemed to just try to hang up the phone as soon as possible. I'm not going to call this place again. Never. It was just so uncomfortable.

Our family chose the nasal cavity. I was worried about putting it all the way in, but it's okay. The test is completed by confirming the identity, explaining the procedure, inserting a cotton swab into the left and right nostrils, turning it 10 times each, and saving the specimen. I got the results by email within 6 hours. Open the Japanese version, screenshot it, attach it to My SOS and you're done. I was told that it would be better to print the paper just in case, so I was told that FedEx could do it, but they printed it the next day.
