OPEN MAY 1 - OCT 31
The Historic Fourth Ward School is the last school building standing of its kind in the U.S. Today, the nationally significant site has been adapted to house a museum, an archives, and public research and community cultural centers.
With adaptive reuse as a museum and community cultural center, our mission is to connect people to the relevance and importance of the Comstock story through the building's authentic preservation, interactive exhibitions, interpretive programs and its archival research collection.
Museum store contains merchandise related to Comstock history, preservation, education, and the Victorian Era.
