Hitch Fit is focused 100% on client transformations. We are Kansas City's number one gym of transformations. We have two locations, one in Union Hill area of Kansas City at 3036 Gillham Rd. (31st & Gillham), and second at 91st & Metcalf in Overland Park, KS (located in the same building as Whole Foods supermarket). We specialize in 12 and 16 week transformations. Hitch Fit Gym facilities are private one on one training studios. We have an incredible team of Transformation Trainers at each location. There are no gym membership fees. Clients who commit to a minimum 12 week transformation will nutrition program from their trainer. We do not believe in quick fixes, we do not believe in magic pills, we do not believe in fad diets. We believe in teaching our clients how to eat properly, in a manner which can be sustained for the rest of their lives, in order that they can not only get where they want to be physically, but also maintain it. The key to long term success is developing a LIFESTYLE of healthy eating habits and consistent exercise. We work with men, women and also offer training for children. We work with all different fitness levels, and clients with all variety of goals. We do not try to hard sell clients, we want clients to really be ready for the process so that they can get their best results most effectively and efficiently. Hitch Fit is not a client retention system, we are not trying to keep clients forever, but rather teach them what they need to know, provide them with the tools they need, aid them in getting to their goals so they can go out and live it!
