After searching high and low for a tuxedo to wear to my wedding I came across Hive & Colony. I went to the soho store to check out the quality and it was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Their stylist, Ronald, was incredibly helpful and patient with me when it was time to choose each option for my custom tux. After the order was placed I had few questions and he was very responsive via email. The Suit arrived exactly on time and it fit like a glove without the need for any additional tailoring. I would recommend going here 1000% for all your suiting needs. They have the best price point and quality.
Purchased a custom tux and needed an quick turnaround on tailoring/delivery. Jondee sales associated did a great job in meeting both my personal demands in the suiting, but also in meeting the deadline. A very positive experience overall and I'll be returning for more custom suits/tuxes in the future.
While I was absolutely thrilled by the selection and quality of the jacket I bought at Hive and Colony, what absolutely made this experience was the customer service. Everyone I met who works here was kind, professional, and extremely accommodating. I will for sure be back and highly recommend them to anyone.
I love Hive & Colony. The selections of fabrics, patterns, customization, and the customer service is all top notch. Truly first class! If you want to go straight business, they got you. If you want a hipper style, they got you too. The options are limitless. I'm elated with my choice to come here. Needless to say, I'm going to keep getting my suits here. Thanks guys!!
Walked in to actually buy a suit but felt like the customer service clerks didn’t want my business -as I walked saw the wonderful Colors and clean set up. The two store clerks were sitting at the table with their computers . One person asked me to let him know if I had any questions . I walked around the store for about 7 min looked to see if there was anyone that was gonna come up to me offering help.. nope they were still at the table. So I walked back to the front of the store and asked about a green suit and how long it would take to make. . The person said the suit is 1000 dollars and would take 3 weeks to make . I said that’s awesome could it be ready by august first for my show- - he says unfortunate no. I said awesome have a nice day and left . Now - will not be coming back here and here are the main reasons - 1- The customer service clerks did not even attempt to get off the table and show me around the store. 2-the clerk gave me the price of the suit as tho ti scare me off instead of providing any time of service. 3- let’s just say even if they couldn’t have made the soup by August 1… If they would have done steps one and two with care. I would have gladly walked out the store with a suif - even if it wouldn’t have been ready on time. Their lack of care for basic service and assumption based on my appearance I could never buy a suit from them. It’s really sad because I was very excited based on previous reviews.
A unique and wonderful shopping experience. You’ll never purchase suits off the rack after being fitted here. Mr. Terell and Mr. Shay walked us through the process and educated us on customization, care and wear of their products. It requires some time and patience so be sure to block some time off. I am looking forward to returning here soon! Thank you!
My dream custom suit came through. I cant thank you enough of the excellent customer service and fantastic fit of my custom made suit. Thank you.
