Hixson High School's Eco Club's Green Initiative
Hixson High School's environmental club. Supports recycling, composting, gardening, environmental conservation, and environmental education for high school students and the community.
1. To promote sustainable green practices at HHS.
2. To unite students at Hixson High School who have interest in environmental science and ecology.
3. To promote interest and education of the environment among the club memebers and students of Hixson High School.
4. To build youth leaders interested in environmental conservation, education, and protection.
5. To stimulate and encourage personal and academic growth of members as well as their participation in club activities.
6. To provide a positive and healthy environment for the members to carry out Green initiatives.
7. To increase awareness of ecological and environmental issues for Eco Club members, Hixson's student body, and the surrounding community.
