Location is very good , clean , well maintained , well stocked Korean /Asian store. We occasionally come here for fresh seafood. But the last trip was little disappointing , fresh seafood section was closed for renovation and only fresh seafood items you can get is shell food like lobster , crabs , shrimp/prawn. Fish section is frozen only and hope they open soon . Produce selection is good , few items are priced higher then normal market rate like onions etc but few items are cheaper to get here. Staffs are very active on replenishing the aisles. Moderate sized store with few kitchen utensils etc., parking might be tough if you are going here on peak hours , only roadside parking. I never had problem in getting parking due to hour of my visits. Staffs here are friendly and accommodative. I will come here later once it is ready to serve the fresh seafood section.
Sashimi grade. Smelled like rotten and fishy yet their exp date is jun/08/23. I might report this
Amazing selection of amazing food. Great if you're an adventurous eater. Bought frozen Spicy Cuttlefish meal, which was fantastic. Also recommend the Hopia Baboy not too dissimilar from samosas in the Mexican baked goods section. Upstairs food court also excellent.
I love it because it's the Kimchi capital of the Delaware County and Philadelphia area. They have the best tasting kimchi and also it's reasonable priced. I also love their 2 pound box of dates from Israel, very fresh and delicious and a good price for 2 lbs. Fresh fish is a specialty here too. If you like Asian food, you're sure to love this place!
Loved the various fish options;along with them filet them for me. Love the various types of fruit and vegetables Love that it wasn't crowded and I didn't have to pay an arm and leg for it.
I like h mart especially when they have sales on produce BUT beware of most of the food court eateries, they are racist. I was there yesterday, asked one of the store owners for a straw, she was hesitant & reluctant while scowling at me, she was very rude & it was pretty embarrassing as she did it in front of another customer. It’s just really disappointing that people of color can’t do simple things sometimes without being shamed for who they are. This is the third experience I’ve had like this here. “Buyer beware” especially if you don’t like being stared at.
H Mart is great! They have an awesome market downstairs. Upstairs has a few really delicious restaurants with yummy food. Love this place!
H Mart of Upper Darby is a great location for Asian food and seafood . Unfortunately they don’t have any parking spaces or any other arrangements for the shoppers. Paid parking lot is always full of cars and you have to wait so someone leaves the place and you can park. They have good collection of fruits and vegetables . I love their seafood collections. Different types of fish are there. You can get live lobster or crabs too! I wish they had more space in the store so Customers could do shopping comfortably.
You can find good Korean food in this food court! Worth trying.
You can buy everything you can think of here. All kind of Asian,and even African groceries. I was very impressed. Love this place.
