If you're looking for an intown rv park with few amenities and road noise, this is the place for you. Camp Host Erica was helpful to a fault, trying to tell my husband how to place our rv. He offered that we could leave and find another park if she wasn't satisfied with how he parked. The rate was high for this place, but we stayed since it was just 1 night. We won't return or recommend it.
No amenities, lots of road noise and noise coming from the restaurant next door. Definitely expensive for what you're getting. No refunds. No kids allowed. Just not a friendly place. They will also try and charge an extra $75 if you try to use a credit card instead of a debit card
This is by far my worse experience in my many many years of staying in an rv park!! Manager Érica was quite friendly and accommodating the first day. I was looking forward to a long stay! First day we went to the office to pay but she was having personal issues with her significant other and told us she would come get us later. Didn’t happen. For the 3 days we stayed, we had some major issues with electrical. We asked her to have an electrician to check it out. We did our part and checked our Momentum 376th. Mind you it’s quite new and we have NEVER had issues!!! We live in it full time so we know every little thing happening to this trailer. My husband asked her to help him fix this issues because he goes to work the next day! Never happened. Totally ignored us and didn’t even come by to let us know she was back in the office so we could pay her. On my FINAL day! Once again. Electrical issues tripping and going on/off every 30 seconds. I went to knock on her door and she’s half asleep at 9am! She insist I pay and I explained she will not be paid until my husband comes back to work and she fixes my electrical issues. It’s now 105 degrees and inside my trailer 115!!! I do errands come back and she locks/unplugs me. Shuts water off. We talk and have a discussion. I insist for an electrician and she keeps blaming it’s my trailer!!! I’ve done all I could! Unplugged everything but the one A/C!!! She leaves me in the heat and dying! Thank goodness for generator. Mind you with the generator all 3 A/C works and all plugs works and finally the refrigerator which is 50 degrees finally start cooling down!! We left and moved to another rv park running all 3 A/C watching tv and all is well. This is a long review but I just want you to know do not park at the back next to the fence and building. Something is wrong with the electrical. I looked up the code I was receiving and it suggested for me to move to a different park or fix the grounding of the electric box. I really did like the park I just wished they would’ve fixed the electrical. I was really scared for my toy hauler getting damaged!!! It’s not a cheap toy hauler!! No STARS AT ALL BTW— it’s my first full day at Lea RVille park and all 3 A/C running full. My refrigerator is slowly cooling down and not once I’ve had any power surge. Happy camper finally
Very disappointed with the horrible, unprofessional, rude customer service of this park. Glad my phone call with them showed their true colors before I arrived.
Much cleaner than the other rv parks in the area. Owner is very nice.
Thanks Erica for a great overnight stay in your park. The park is quiet and very well kept! And Marci our dog appreciated no sand burs!!! This is a small, wonderful, clean rv stop. If we are ever this way again we will definitely stop!!Jay and Helen
Very clean RV Park, very nice park staff, would stay there again.
My husband and I, stayed at this park well over 2 years, and we got along great with the owners, and we never had issues. The park was always clean and immaculate. Everybody minded their business and stayed in their own respectful spots. As for the internet, yes it went in and out, but it does even at my home, and at the other Park where we're at. I miss it there!!
Watch out. They seem really nice till you get settled in. They wanted to charge my Co worker $60 a mo to park in my parking spot once we left to work. I let that one go. A few months later I told him our job might end soon. I was told at that time no refunds. So was planning on paying weekly until rent was due. Then I found out it’s almost $300 a week. I packed my trailer up and moved to Zia RVilla RV park because obviously my money wasnt wanted there. So I told them I had a package on the way at that time they said it was fine. Then I met the wife. She was very rude and said if I couldn’t pick it up the next day she was returning it. WOW. Beautiful Park. Ugly owners. Good luck and safe travels.
Peaceful place to stay. Second time here and no issues. Owner was helpful in getting my camper set, which was great since I travel alone. Great level spots on pea gravel so setup was simplified. Definitely recommended if you're in the area working.
