I walked in not knowing anything about a high end rc car and I walked out with lots of knowledge. They helped me with every question I had, and then some. Super friendly and willing to help me make my decision. They weren't pushy to get a sell and made sure I was very comfortable with my purchase.
I bought a rc car from them,I asked if they sold upgrades incase I wanted to,the young ladies working tol me they sell upgrades,went back after a couple days and infact they don't sell upgrades for my car,she simply told me what it took to make the sell,I really would have bought a better car if needed,tottaly not impressed,I don't recommend this place based on HER lack of honesty or help after I made my purchase,now I'm stuck with junk
My boyfriend's friend went up there on 5/1 before noon and was greeted by 2 young employees, a male and female, who clearly were upset by the fact our friend was patiently waiting for the store to open. They proceeded to keep the doors locked for a while and were talking as he continued to wait patiently. Finally, they unlocked and were generally rude the entire shopping experience. Don't waste your time at a place that can't do decent customer service.
Pretty good prices even compared to the internet when it comes to the models for sure
This place has one of everything. Even had some resistors from Radio Shack parts they carried. Very thankful you guys have RS parts!
Just drove 30 miles to get a micro switch. Pulled in, lights were on but the door was locked. Tried to call from the parking lot but no answer. Saw someone behind the counter so I went back up to the door and the gentleman waived me off. He made no effort at all to come to the door or offer any explanation. It was a 2:30, right in the middle of their business hours. I like to support our local businesses whenever possible but never this one again.
I love this place they have a loot of gundam and is all I was looking for thanks guys.
Me and my husband went into Hobby Town and I will say the 2 young gentlemen was very helpful. We will definitely go back because of the great service they gave us. Highly recommend this place!
They're clean and orderly. The kits are extensive. Lots of options.
