Hocking Hills Lodge/Cabins-Wyrick's Hillside Lodge

We rented the Red Creek Mini Lodge for 3 nights. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended. Check in, with the key in a lock box, was effortless. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, utensils, blender we didn't use that, toaster, coffee maker. The hot tub was great! We were 4 adults and had plenty of space. We had one small issue with one of the toilets and the owners came to help really quickly, even though it was 7 pm on a Saturday night. We didn't use the home theater room, but that is a cool feature if you're interested in that. The stairs are pretty steep, and you have to use them to get to the main level of the house from the driveway. We were very happy that we chose the Red Creek Mini Lodge and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we return to the Hocking Hills.

Our 3 night stay in the Red Creek mini lodge was absolutely perfect! Everything you need to feel at home! Super welcoming! The owners were very responsive. I would highly recommend!! We are already looking forward to returning!

What an incredible outfit! The cabin we stayed in, sandstone, was fantastic. It was super clean upon our arrival. There were numerous items within the cabin that made our stay enjoyable and accommodated all of our needs. The owners have been extremely helpful and have always answered any question I had prior to our arrival in a reasonable timeframe. They even upon request provided many great suggestions for our trip which all that we used proved to be incredible. I’ve gone to many different places and rented several cabins in the past, most have been good. The last one prior to this trip was a bad experience gatlinburg, tn and made me a little apprehensive however, after receiving my first response from the owners I had a feeling of relief. Once again, top notch cabin and this will now be a yearly trip in this cabin! Highly recommended, book with confidence!

This is our 2nd time using Wyricks Lodging, we chose them for our second stay because the cabins come with everything you need and are always clean. The owners leave small touches that help make your stay easier like dishes, silverware, detergent, extra toilet paper, plenty of towels, coupons for things to do while staying in Logan and many more. The houses provide privacy and have great scenery. We will use Wyricks every time we stay in Hocking Hills! We stayed at the Hidden Gem our first trip when we were alone and brought our kids with us the second trip and stayed at Red Creek Mini Lodge. Both were amazing in there own ways! The beds are a little uncomfortable but if you bring and extra blanket and pillow from home for each person it's not a problem.

Stayed at Hemlock Trace in October 2022. The website does not do the mini-lodge justice with its description and pictures. It is gorgeous, homey, and has everything you need especially in the stocked kitchen. I especially appreciated the spice cabinet! The owners made some really smart decisions when it came to appliances. The fridge chilled my milk wonderfully. The grill was the best we've seen out of the ~10 places we've stayed at in recent years. My friend looked it up and found it to be quite affordable and available at Walmart. So smart! The only reason I dropped a start is because of the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress had a steep dip in the middle and the bad was very squeaky when anyone moved. We were only two people and wanted to keep our footprint in the cabin small so we didn't try a different bed every night. Because of that bed, I would consider some of their other properties first; however, if they ever respond to this post saying they fixed it, it's a 5-star experience! One piece of advice -- if you plan on using the gas firepit, bring a lighter! That was the one thing I couldn't find in their otherwise well equipped cabin.

This was an awesome cabin. Extremely clean and had every accommodation you could need. Even metal marshmallow holders for roasting them around the gas fire pit. Beautiful loft with huge windows which made you never want to leave. The most important feature for my family was it was handicap accesible. Parking, entrance, modified bathroom and perfect detail , a chair lift so you could enjoy both floors. I have a 14 yr old grandson eho is in a wheelchair and it was wonderful for him to have the ability to join in with the other kids in all areas. We were so excited when we found this option. I really appreciate the owners making such a beautiful cabin enjoyable for people with disabilities. Our family will definitely be back.

Great vacation enjoying a cabin in Hocking Hills to celebrate our 20 year anniversary! The cabin had everything we needed, was clean and made for a great spot to soak and rest after beautiful hikes. Very responsive and would completely stay at one of their homes again!

I booked the Pleasant Valley Cabin last year for my besties birthday. We loved it! It was clean, private, and quiet. We were able to grill our dinner, hang in the hot tub, and relax by the fire pit. We just booked again and are so excited!
